00:12Santizo Morejon's 53-year-old husband, Yoel Rodriguez Naranjo, was driving the cleaning
00:18crew van hit by the plane on Sunday. He was one of five people killed. The lawsuit names a number
00:24of defendants including Amazon, Amazon Air Cargo and the two pilots of the Boeing 767. It calls the
00:31crash, quote, the foreseeable and preventable result of multiple concurrent failures. The suit points to
00:38alleged pilot error and systemic failure by Amazon and the plane's operating company. It also cites
00:44the age of the 32-year-old aircraft and notes its braking, thrust reverser and spoiler systems are
00:50now under NTSB investigation. And a new NTSB report reveals what was happening inside the cockpit
00:56when pilot repeatedly warned the other for nearly two minutes that they were going too fast,
01:01both as they approached the runway and after touchdown. A summary of the cockpit voice recording
01:07says the other pilot never gave what investigators called a consistent verbal response to those
01:12warnings. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
