12:30And, you know, now, you know, the Bills at least have an opportunity to get a leg up on them
12:35if they can, you know, find their way to, you know, take care of Houston, which is, I think, a
12:40big, you know, it's a big challenge.
12:42Well, I found out about the temperature in Melbourne, Australia from watching Aaron Schatz with Mike Tenere earlier today.
12:51They do a regular podcast.
12:52And Aaron also said about our game that it's a huge game for playoff odds.
13:01And, you know, the playoffs are not the goal.
13:04The Super Bowl is the goal.
13:06And the only thing you can do about that in the regular season is seeding.
13:09So, the one.
13:11But he was not hesitant to, like, really stress how much this game and the schedule means.
13:19And I think it's very reminiscent of last year with Baltimore in Week 1.
13:25And, you know, the Bills end up getting away with it, that incredible late comeback to beat the Ravens.
13:31And as last season started, okay, well, if you look at the schedule like we do, this is probably very
13:40big for their chances.
13:42They won their first four, but then New England happened.
13:46And without New England, you know, that's one loss on the Bills' schedule.
13:50Maybe they still get there.
13:52Like, it was possible that they still would have gotten there, even though Denver ended up at 14, like New
13:58England did.
13:58And you had Jacksonville, too.
13:59The Bills were, after they lost to the Patriots in Week 5, never in the driver's seat for that.

14:07But, you know, the Patriots happened.
14:10And, you know, you don't know what's going to happen there.
14:12But they do have a loss now.
14:14And I think this game in Houston is similar to last year's opener for this.

14:43I feel like if I, you know, I haven't studied Houston's schedule, but, you know, if their defense can carry
14:50them to a 12-win type season,
14:53having a leg up on them, you know, in a head-to-head could really, could be the difference.

14:59And it seemed, you know, it's so far off.

15:01But, you know, same thing, of course, would have happened last year if Baltimore had kept their heads above water
15:07and were in the race in any way.
15:10As it turns out, it might have been, like, for a wild-card spot instead of for the one seed
15:14or anything with Baltimore last year,
15:16because the Bills didn't even, like we said, were chasing New England, you know, for two-thirds of the season
15:21or more.
15:23So, yeah, I mean, get what you can get as far as tiebreakers go, because you never know if it's
15:29going to come back to matter.
15:31You know, if you have the idealized version of your season, you want to have that win in your back
15:37pocket, because you might, you know, it might split the difference.
15:41And that would be, I mean, for that, they haven't even been that close to it, you know, but if
15:47they were to get close to it and lose it on, like, a head-to-head because they couldn't beat

15:52their offense couldn't function there or something, like, oh, that would just be brutal to take, I think.
15:57They really do deserve it at this point.
16:01If they have another season like the ones they've had the last five or six years, they really do deserve

16:06I mean, you think about a couple of them, the Hamlin game cost them a look at the one seed,
16:12like, they would have had to win that night.

16:15But everything that happened with that, as scary as that was and, you know, well-known as that game ended

16:28The game gets canceled and you just, like, Buffalo and Cincinnati both were kind of taken out of the, like,

16:40Then you have the year after that, right, where the Bills are really right there, but Kansas City just cannot
