00:00I want them to be scared. That's always the, for me, that's always the payoff.
00:04Like, that makes my day as a horror creator when I, if someone gets so scared
00:08that they can't, you know, they have to take a break for a while or or they
00:13scream or like seeing their reactions, it's just like as a horror creator it's
00:16like mission accomplished when I get to see that. I think I've just kind of
00:18messed up, you know, like as a creator you are. So yeah, yes I am and I'm working
00:22with messed up people so we're all we're all friends and for me I've observed
00:27many times in my life how horror media can be a cathartic experience. It can be a
00:32positive thing and it's almost a paradox. I try to make an experience that's
00:35subjective and that gets you to think and gets you to kind of examine the world
00:39and the human psyche in different ways and so yeah I think that horror not only
00:46is it great like wicked fun when you're with friends like playing horror games
00:50but I think we kind of discover something about our own humanity when we through a
00:55safe lens and in a safe situation experience feelings of horror or terror
01:00and yeah it's kind of the dark side of entertainment and not everyone gets it
01:05but I'm very blessed to be working with Andres and his team because they get it
01:09and when that happens I think that you can make really cool things happen
01:13creatively
