00:00I want to call your attention to something of considerable interest in it.
00:05It would be terribly interesting, you see, if all of this were just a fairy tale
00:09on what is the state of the real universe.
00:12But you're engaged with certain problems, you're engaged with certain definite problems,
00:18and these problems have to deal with three certainties.
00:24And I'd better tell you something about these three certainties.
00:30But before I do that, there is a certainty called the Mest Universe.
00:34Unless you can discover and unless you use a certainty on the Mest Universe,
00:41what is actually the series of agreements which we call the Mest Universe?
00:46Unless you are willing to use this data for what it is,
00:50you find yourself and your preclear in a state of delusion.
00:55In other words, you are saying something that is the Mest Universe isn't the Mest Universe.
00:59And that, of course, is a method of getting everything upside down.
01:04But royally, if you went around, for instance, telling everybody that there were no lorries
01:10going down Holland Park Avenue, and being quite upset, and so on,
01:17because no lorries were going down Holland Park Avenue.
01:20And there they go down Holland Park Avenue.
01:23Well, you could do this silly trick of going out and saying,
01:26well, in view of the fact there are no lorries go down this avenue,
01:29it doesn't matter if I step under these big red things, and so on.
01:34But just as idiotic as that is when you get some kind of a planned, set-up condition of affairs,
01:42you examine this condition of affairs very carefully,
01:45you find out that it agrees to this extent as Mest Universe.
01:50That is the definition of Mest Universe is, of course, the common denominator of agreement.
02:01That is the Mest Universe. It's a series of agreements.
02:05And when you're examining the Mest Universe, you're examining something solid.
02:09It's some agreement that you agreed on, that other people agreed with you on, and so on.
02:15Now, what did you agree on? And that is the Mest Universe.
02:20Now, you take preclear after preclear after preclear after preclear,
02:24you put them on e-meters, you try to run them, you try to do this,
02:27you try to do that straight on through, and you find in each and every case,
02:32you're finding the phenomenon of entities, bodies and pawn, communications, spaceships,
02:39other planets, locations, beingness in other states,
02:43and all of this, and you find this to be a consistent condition,
02:47you have fulfilled this definition of the Mest Universe.
02:53It's evidently agreed upon.
02:56And it's agreed upon because it's actually true.
02:59You couldn't go out and get somebody off the street
03:02and put an e-meter in their hands and start asking questions on this
03:07without getting the same response as you'd get from your classmates.
03:10They would know nothing about this.
03:13I took a little girl one night during a demonstration
03:16and put her on the e-meter, and this little kid,
03:20I started to question her, and I was going to ask her about something
03:25just to show the class what the series of questions would be about current life,
03:30and the next thing you knew, this little kid was shaking in such a degree
03:37that the chair's legs were rattling against the wall.
03:43And she said, you mustn't ask me any questions, you mustn't ask me any questions,
03:47you mustn't, you mustn't, you mustn't.
03:48She was going all to pieces on the thing, and I said, well, of course,
03:50it's perfectly all right for me to ask you questions.
03:53So on, where are you?
03:56And she said, I'm sitting before a big panel, and she says,
03:59I didn't use to sit there, I'm sitting there right now.
04:02That's me, I sit in front of this panel, this is my job, this is my job.
04:06I'm not supposed to tell you what my job is, but there's this panel, and so forth.
04:09I said, it's a communicator switchboard.
04:11No!
04:12And she just starts going on, I said, well, you wouldn't mind telling me
04:15the codes that go across the panel, and she passed right straight on out.
04:23She'd never heard of bodies in pawn, or other governments, or invader forces,
04:29or anything of the sort.
04:32So I snapped her around and carried on with the rest of the questioning,
04:35and was simply able to do so, because I happen to know,
04:39this is a very funny thing to say, but I happen to know our commanding officer.
04:49And gave her the messages which had gone across her panel an hour before,
05:00at which moment she immediately quieted down.
05:03And she said, well, I'll probably be taken all to pieces in the morning.
05:08So I said, no you won't be.
05:10She wasn't.
05:13But she was a communicator, who was running a communications switchboard.
05:20Now another time, just to give you consistency on this, another time in front of the class,
05:27much as this one, I picked up a girl, put the electrode terminals in her hand,
05:35and started to ask her about this and that.
05:37And we find her sitting in front of a communications switchboard.
05:40The girl knows nothing about electronics.
05:43If you told her to describe to you how to answer a telephone,
05:46she would probably bog on it a bit, and yet she is a communicator.
05:51She's a communicator in a system known as the space stations.
05:55The space stations exist out here in the solar system.
05:58They use the asteroids as a very peculiar system.
06:01This solar system has a planet which is broken up, the asteroid belt.
06:06It gives a low-gravity platform for takeoff and so on.
06:11And that broken planet is of considerable interest as a space station,
06:19that is to say, a galactic jump.
06:22Now there aren't any planets up at this end of the galaxy which form a good galactic entering spot
06:29for incoming transport and other ships.
06:34But this beautiful broken up planet here with a light gravity sun and so on makes a very ideal spot.
06:44And as a result, this area of the solar system got into prominence.
06:53It got into a little bit of prominence and it's slightly a bone of contention.
06:58And there was the fourth invader force was here.
07:03The fifth invader force came in to use this area.
07:07And the name of this solar system is Space Station 33.
07:15And they started to use this area without suspecting that the fourth invader force had been there for God knows
07:24how many skillion years,
07:25have been sitting down.
07:27And they have their installations up on Mars and they have tremendous screened operation.
07:33The Martian operation is a fascinating operation simply because it has gone into 100% holding force.
07:41And it does everything it does with tremendous coversion.
07:46It's sitting behind a defense screen of enormous size.
07:52And nobody, it's frankly impossible to penetrate that except as a Satan.
07:57And if you penetrate as a Satan you go through the Martian screen and they gotcha.
08:03Well now the point, the point is that the fifth invader force operated for some little time here in this
08:12system
08:12without suspecting the existence of the fourth invader force.
08:17And all of a sudden they started to lose clues.
08:20And they didn't know where they were going.
08:23And they got a little more upset about it and a little more upset about it and a little more
08:27upset about it.
08:28And a battalion was sent down here to earth 8,200 years ago.
08:33The third battalion, if you find somebody who is a member of the third battalion, why speak up?
08:40Because the whole battalion, its officers, staff and so forth, was under the command of the expeditionary force commanding officer
08:52for this, not for just this area.
08:55All right, this sounds awfully wild.
08:59It just sounds critically incredible.
09:01But that's just incredible in the frame of reference of earth.
09:05Actually this isn't very incredible.
09:07So 8,200 years ago, they came down in Himalayas.
09:11And the upper, upper headlands, about, about, oh I'd say about 72 miles northwest of Khyber Pass.
09:23And, uh, put a base in there.
09:27And not, not, he's still not believing that there was anything like an invader force operating in this system,
09:33failed to take any vaguest precautions with regard to their installations.
09:39They put up no defenses after all what was here.
09:42Nothing but homo sapiens.
09:44I was just, there's nothing.
09:47There's no danger, no menace, and so on.
09:50And they were in this installation just a very short time, when all of a sudden with a terrific crash,
09:57the fourth invader force, which was a little more active than it has become since,
10:03knocked out this whole battalion.
10:07A battalion of that size is in the neighborhood of about 3,000 beings.
10:14And, uh, picked up all of its staff.
10:19All of its, all of its staff officers and so forth.
10:24And took them through to Mars.
10:28And then, knocked them back into this human race here.
10:32They're still here.
10:35There are saucer crews here.
10:38There's all sorts of things on earth here from the fifth invader force.
10:43Very interesting.
10:46This is directly and violently in opposition to the fourth invader force.
10:52And the fifth invader force, out of its own protection, took over Venus.
10:57All relatively modern times.
11:00Took over Venus and tried to stabilize the Venusian.
11:04If you called a fifth invader, though, a Venusian, he would probably shoot you out of hand,
11:08because it would be a horrible insult.
11:10They merely monitor the government of Venus.
11:13And they leave Mars strictly alone.
11:17Now, this is really roughly a rundown of the, quote, political situation in the solar system.
11:24Now, that's very interesting, because it gives you, as Precler's,
11:28bodies in palm of the fourth invader force.
11:33It gives you tremendous, uh, volume of personnel that have been poured down here
11:39for various nefarious purposes.
11:41All of them under some kind of a covert direction.
11:45Typical game.
11:46Every goal they've gotten, they have a reason why they can't reach the goal.
11:53Typical game.
11:54Sort of an implant these people are operating on.
11:56They're relatively inefficient.
11:58But, boy, can they hold on to things.
12:01Do they accumulate?
12:05Uh, messed, or that sort of thing.
12:07You've got your big holding operations.
12:10And you've got, running through this, a fifth invader force operation,
12:16which is strictly, uh, really disinterested in Earth.
12:21Not really interested in Earth at all, as such.
12:26Because Earth is a heavy gravity planet.
12:28And who the hell wants a heavy gravity planet?
12:31Earth would be much better off lying in chunks in an orbit around the sun.
12:38But naturally, that's a pretty, pretty rough assignment, blowing up something this size
12:43and putting it around, so nobody would do that.
12:45But completely aside from that fact, Earth has been used consistently as a prison.
12:52And it is a prison.
12:54And it is heavily screened.
12:56There are installations in Mongolia.
12:59There are installations in the Pyrenees, here on Earth.
13:02There are installations down the mountains of the Moon in Africa.
13:07Which pick up, very often, people on death.
13:12And the Phaeton just doesn't know what's going on.
13:16He's in a state of deep hypnosis, really.
13:19And the moment he finds himself in association with a dead body of a thing, Keyes.
13:24And he reports to where he's supposed to go.
13:27And, uh, he's changed, moved around here and there.
13:30Comes back down.
13:31And he's reeling from death back to assumption of a new body and so on.
13:36And it is ordinarily a time period of about 15 minutes.
13:38And he has three engrams in those 15 minutes.
13:40One, the death.
13:42Two, the wipe out an implant between lives.
13:45And three, the assumption knocking out the GE and taking over a body at birth.
13:52Very interesting.
13:53All right.
13:54You run into these things with PCs.
13:56It's the only reason I'm talking to you about it.
13:58It's not to romance with you.
14:00A body and pawn utilizes, not the Phaeton, but ridges.
14:09Here's some of the most fascinating things.
14:12They'll take the Phaeton and they'll build up ridges.
14:16And these ridges will act like personalities.
14:18And because their wavelength is known, they can be monitored.
14:22So you'll very often run into entities.
14:24You know, and there are a certain number of entities and they're in a certain order.
14:29And, uh, so on.
14:31And they act like beings in a person, but they are not beings.
14:34And you want to know how to get rid of an entity.
14:37A couple of authors here have run into this problem in the last week.
14:41And, uh, that's why I'm going over this ground with you.
14:44Actually, this is covered to a very marked degree in the course books.
14:48And it's covered in what to audit.
14:50Not for absolute brightness, but I'm covering it with you now, but it's covered.
14:56Now, how do you get rid of an entity?
14:58You simply find where that entity is located geographically in the body.
15:03You do this with an e-meter.
15:05Your next step is to find out where the entity is stuck on the time track.
15:15And you'll find out that it's some sort of an incident having to do with the body and pawn.
15:19It'll be a between-lives implant.
15:21It'll be something on this order.
15:25It may be that you will find that the person during an operation has suddenly conceived that he is dead,
15:31as reported back in.
15:33He obviously was not dead.
15:35And what they did was lay on to one of his ridges, which he took right along with him, of
15:41course,
15:42lay on to one of his ridges the fact that he mustn't know and he mustn't tell.
15:45Very often when he appeared back in a body with the violence of pain of an accident or something of
15:50this sort,
15:50he killed the body and pawn to which he was very nebulously attached while he was here.
15:56Body and pawn, something floating in fluid or under an electronic, constant electronic bath.
16:04Yeah, you find these described, they're lying on a pallet or something of this sort,
16:08the body is completely motionless and at the foot of this will be something that looks like a window,
16:15and it's not a window.
16:17Now here's a big joke for you.
16:19You can take a body, you can take a pre-clear and coax him to knock off a body and
16:25pawn.
16:25Make the body dive through one of those, quote, windows.
16:33Make him raise enough hubbub and hurrah so that he'll be gunned down by guards or something of this sort.
16:40It's really not much of a shock because you see he's not in that body.
16:44He's just nebulously monitored by that body because somebody can walk in, stir up the body,
16:49give the body a command and he himself will perceive the command.
16:52This is a relay system of ridges.
16:55Now if you get rid of one of those things, run out the point where the ridge is stuck on
17:00the time track.
17:01You just run it out as an incident, you ask the pre-clear to move into that area of his
17:05body
17:06and push on through the incident as though it happened to him.
17:10And he will tell you in a moment or two that this didn't happen to me.
17:13This is just lying here.
17:15Up to that time he thought it happened to him.
17:17It didn't really.
17:19What it was, was a facsimile laid down on one of his ridges.
17:24And you will find that as many as five or more bodies in pawn are being held here and there
17:33throughout the universe for one pre-clear.
17:37All they do is take a, they grab the phenomenon of ridge you see, and they throw a facsimile into
17:46play on that ridge and the person can be monitored.
17:48Now the horrible, most horrible of the entities is the stomach area entity because it's in conflict with the GE.
18:01This entity is quite often responsible for nervous stomachs and so forth.
18:07If you want to know something about cold-blooded brutality and why people here on earth are so completely, horribly
18:16fixated on let's be kind and let's get it organized one way or the other.
18:21It is, it is the utter brutal disregard for beingness which you find throughout the systems.
18:34What you have here and consider humanitarian and so forth is a very interestingly built up system.
18:41There's a caste system which is exercised in other parts of the solar system which would appal the most viciously
18:49minded duke who ever lived here on earth.
18:56There's slavery and what men are put to in that slavery, how men are treated and so forth.
19:01For instance, the body of pawn, which will have something to do with a stomach entity.
19:07The stomach entities become so terrified, they will actually go along and just kick it or shove needles into it.
19:16Something to make a pain shock come down and hit somebody here on earth.
19:21It's, they're fed with, forced, quite often, fed with a sort of a, oh a paste of some sort and
19:29it's put in something that looks like a grease gun.
19:31You see the stuff, the knowledge of the grease gun down the throat and push this thing down and that
19:36feed that's feeding.
19:38Really very interesting.
19:41But you can keep a body alive for an awful long time under these conditions.
19:45You'll find people who've had bodies in pawn for some 10,000 years.
19:49They just go up and give this body just a little bit of a tremble of course and it just
19:52comes completely to pieces.
19:54Well now as far as reality of this stuff is concerned, it has not generally been accepted here on earth
19:59that such things existed.
20:03But I noticed that we have what's known as science fiction here on earth.
20:06I noticed we have that.
20:09And noticing it many, many, many years ago, I thought this was a good gag so I wrote a lot
20:14of it.
20:16You wouldn't dare write real science fiction.
20:19Not, not, not real science fiction.
20:23Nobody's guts could take it.
20:27So, you're looking around for brutality and what's mauling your preclear around and why he's in apathy and so forth.
20:34So, you better readjust your sights again as to what it takes to aberrate a being.
20:39It takes plenty.
20:42It takes a terrific magnituded incident to do anything to a human being.
20:47Do anything to a baby.
20:49Up in the billion-bolt category.
20:54All right.
20:56Now, as I say, this sounds science fiction-y.
20:59Well, don't let it sound science fiction-y to you.
21:02Because the truth be told, it's not science fiction.
21:06All right.
21:06In the first place, it's not fiction.
21:08And it really isn't very closely resembling what you read and call science fiction.
21:12Science fiction is just a very chimerical sort of a picture of it.
21:19Space is wild.
21:23There aren't any writers down here and there's no audience down here that could take, that could take real stuff
21:30about space.
21:31It's wild.
21:35It's wild.
21:35And, well, let me tell you a little story.
21:40This isn't just a story.
21:43One of the fifth invader force, an officer, came down here to take a survey.
21:53And this is very adventurous.
22:00And in order to take a decent survey of the place, of course, you understand the fifth invader force officer
22:05carries a doll.
22:07They don't carry bodies.
22:09They carry dolls.
22:09Their identification is a doll.
22:11It's a very little flimsy mechanical affair that you can make talk and walk and so forth.
22:17They're cute.
22:18They're about a meter tall.
22:20They're very light.
22:21Therefore, you don't need, you see, you don't use oxygen in saucers.
22:26And all of this stuff in science fiction is rakako.
22:30Oh, that's rakako beyond rakako.
22:32It's just simple beyond simplicity.
22:34You have this little doll and the phasen energy that a fellow puts out is quite sufficient to monitor the
22:39control switch for it in the back of the doll.
22:43Simple.
22:44And he tunes it up.
22:46He's got his wavelength tuned in and so on.
22:49He can walk it around.
22:51And he has, at the same time, in installations, he has what you would classify as human beings.
22:59And there are people in bodies who are doing work in various installations out through the system.
23:06And, uh, bodies exist.
23:08And I'm talking about officers.
23:10They're pretty high ordered things.
23:12So, they, here's a doll.
23:14He's monitoring this doll.
23:16And, uh, he parked his doll and picked up one of the persons connected with the ruling house of Habsburg.
23:32And went on a survey of the domain.
23:35And, uh, took notes on it.
23:37Unfortunately, he didn't have any foggy notion of how violently this particular prince was hated.
23:47And this prince was assassinated.
23:50And before this officer could disconnect,
23:55built what?
23:57The Phaeton charge, which suddenly sprung up in the assassinated prince.
24:03Kaboom!
24:04Was sufficient to overwhelm and overpower this officer momentarily.
24:08And he went through the screen.
24:11I'm telling you this because it's an average story, not a spectacular story.
24:17Not because it's different, but because it's the same.
24:20And he went through the screen.
24:22Kaboom!
24:23And, uh, he landed on an installation, well, about a few hundred miles north of the equator,
24:33what you'd consider north, was trying to translate the words and directions, of, uh, on Mars.
24:39Boom!
24:40He went through.
24:41And the Martians said, oh boy, what have we done here?
24:43Ha ha!
24:45Wonderful.
24:46Wonderful.
24:47A high-volume vacant.
24:49He must be a fake officer or something like that.
24:56So, they took a couple of standards, put them down to the foot of the cells,
25:01or to have a good identification, threw a body in Phawn, and so forth,
25:05and they decided they were going to use him back there.
25:08He wouldn't transport.
25:12So they just threw him in the clink, you might say.
25:15They kept him there.
25:16They kept him there.
25:17Kept him there.
25:18Kept him there.
25:18Kept him there.
25:20Kept him there.
25:20One fine day, one fine day,
25:24he took the body in Phawn,
25:26and threw it through his guard screen.
25:31And blew it up.
25:33Was able to do this.
25:36And himself got free on the back concussion, you'll see, of his explosion.
25:41And went out.
25:43He went back down to, Jason would call X, and said,
25:50Where have I been for the last 27 years?
25:53Hmm.
25:55Something about the order you should ask.
25:58And they rode out a chit, and they got a couple of cruisers,
26:01and they put together a few commando forces, and they took that installation to pieces.
26:07But thoroughly to pieces.
26:08They took what Martians were in that installation, and so forth,
26:11and put them in cans.
26:15As far as anybody knows, they're still up there.
26:18But blew this thing frankly off the face of the map.
26:22Most Martian stations are much tougher than this to crack.
26:28That's an incident of a Chinese character in a person operating.
26:35I'm telling you that incident because it's a fairly modern incident in the last few hundred years.
26:40You'll find lots of incidents like this in your preclear, and lots of background like this.
26:45And they can't understand why their values are this way, and why their values are that way.
26:51And they're trying to fit the most outrageous set of earth values up against the values which they have had
27:00for God knows how long, and they just won't mesh.
27:02And this assists in the oblivion that you find people.
27:10By the way, this is a matter of small interest.
27:17Within the next century, that same officer, that same officer, had completed his survey.
27:26Back down here, and here's what I found on the space station now.
27:33But, you see, you can't be sure exactly what you've got your hands on.
27:38And just because I have told you this story, and just because I've mentioned such stories to you,
27:45as somebody with a body in pawn for 10,000 years and being monitored and sent all over the place,
27:50and that sort of thing,
27:52there's no reason why you should tell it to your preclear.
27:56But it gives you a line on what to ask.
27:59Just a slight need of question.
28:02You say, where did it happen?
28:05He could say Kentucky or Sussex.
28:08But he normally won't.
28:11He'll say Mars, Venus, or give you some planetary name you've never heard of.
28:18You've got to audit these ridges through to get rid of these ridges if you're going to treat the body.
28:23But you understand that when we're working with this sort of thing, we are, to a large degree, treating the
28:27body.
28:29And this is a question of who the hell cares.
28:33Treating a body.
28:34Bodies are a nickel a million.
28:36If you only knew it, any one of you here, any one of you, could pick himself up the line
28:42and go out and pick up anybody you see.
28:47This person's going to die someday.
28:49Pull them out, pat them on the head, and say, Mars.
28:54They go.
28:55I mean, it sounds very horrible to you, doesn't it?
28:57It sounds like a terrible violation of private rights.
29:00That's because you've decided upon a much higher level of action.
29:05And yet, what do you know?
29:06It happens every once in a while.
29:08It happens.
29:09You can do this.
29:12Now, if you are out of your body and stable, and if your freak player is out of his body
29:17and stable,
29:22the point I'm trying to make is that you have escaped from and stepped sideways from the liability of sudden
29:31body shock.
29:32If you have done this all by itself so that the body can be hurt and so on,
29:39regardless of the state of knowingness, regardless of the ability to put out energy,
29:42regardless of any other of these abilities, you have achieved a knowing immortality for your freak player, for yourself.
29:53You have stepped, actually, out of the line of stimulus response and being the victim on all of this sort
30:00of thing.
30:00And, of course, it makes a tremendous difference to a person.
30:03You don't realize how widely one's values change on such a thing.
30:08Because it just doesn't matter how many bodies would kick the bucket.
30:13It doesn't matter.
30:14You would come up shining on the map.
30:19You want to perfect that skill because it's the only thing that ever got you in trouble.
30:28You are unable to stay outside of bodies when they were given sudden shock or when they were hurt.
30:33So get up through the command range on a body.
30:37Don't get, stay down along the other level.
30:40And, actually, what you've bought is an immortality.
30:45So your body gets knocked off, so what?
30:49Very few people have a viewpoint, even when they've been out of their bodies, developed up to the level that
30:56it should be.
30:56I'm going to give you today some very vital data on this.
31:03Because I've seen that there are two or three points which have not been clearly grasped.
31:08And in view of that, why, let's get the data to clearly grasp them.
31:13Now, I don't care.
31:15You can say I'm telling you fairy tales about this sort of thing or something.
31:18We won't worry about the credulity or incredulity of the data.
31:23Don't force this data on your preclear.
31:26Because if you force it on your preclear, you'll throw something into violent restimulation that you'll be sorry for.
31:34But if you find your preclear is having an awful time over something or other in some zone of his
31:42body, let's say,
31:44some entity is stuck on the time track in that zone, and it might be one of the reasons why
31:50he can't get out of his body.
31:55And if you're going into the business of cleaning up bodies, you've got to be able to resolve the problem
31:59of entities.
32:00And you resolve the problem of entity by finding out where this entity is located in the body,
32:04and then finding out where it's stuck on the time track.
32:07And you will find a death or a transplant or something of the sort occurring at that point.
32:12In fact, you ask the Thetan, the individual, to sort of move into that area and move through that incident
32:18and bring that entity up to present time.
32:21Now, he has a tendency to give the entities complete credit for beingness, and the entities don't have beingness.
32:30They react to passing energy.
32:33The energy goes out from the individual through the entity,
32:37and the energy comes out from the environment and goes to the individual and passes through the entity.
32:44So the environment can re-stimulate the entity.
32:47The pre-clear can re-stimulate this entity.
32:50You see?
32:51And your pre-clear looks at this and wonders why, in the name of common sense, he acts that way.
32:58It's because when he puts out energy in that direction, that entity, stimulus-response-wise,
33:03that ridge goes into effect.
33:05And he has no accounting for the fact because he didn't put anything in the fact.
33:10And when somebody scolds him suddenly or something of the sort, he's perfectly willing to bite their head off.
33:16But instead of that, he feels scared to death.
33:18Why?
33:18This is unaccountable.
33:20So he begins to believe there's something wrong with him.
33:23And the truth of the matter is there isn't anything wrong with him.
33:29That's true.
33:31The only thing you could say would be wrong with him is he has a lot of ridges around him
33:36which have facsimiles on them.
33:39And these ridges can be thrown into re-stimulation.
33:43And then he stands there and watches this.
33:46So you see, it's a mystery to him.
33:49So he begins to think after a while, I must be nuts.
33:53No, he's saying, yeah, I've got some...
33:56There isn't any such thing as a sane entity because there's no such thing as sane stimulus-response activity.
34:03But don't think your entity can't think it can think.
34:06It has a certain low order of beingness.
34:11It's not alive.
34:12It's running on the Phaeton's energy, you see.
34:15But because of associative nature of energy and other things, it can think.
34:21It can act.
34:22You can talk to an entity and have it talk back to you and so on.
34:30You can throw the attention of the Phaeton around the body so as to re-stimulate the entities, one after
34:38the other.
34:38And therefore, you do this like this.
34:41Now you say, all right, now this right outboard entity.
34:44Now, I'm talking this right outboard entity.
34:47So and so and so and so and so and so and so and so and so.
34:49And the freak says so and so and so and so.
34:53And you say, do you like ice cream?
34:55And he says, no, it says it doesn't like ice cream.
34:57What you've done, you see, is take the Phaeton's energy beam and you've thrown it out here onto this ridge.
35:03Because you said the right outside, didn't you?
35:05So that's direct stimulus response.
35:07It's just a ridge.
35:09And there it sits.
35:11And you throw the Phaeton's energy at it.
35:13And your energy's going at it.
35:14Don't omit that point.
35:16You're re-stimulating it.
35:18You've got a beam on it.
35:19He's got a beam on it.
35:20And so, of course, it'll talk.
35:23Cute.
35:25Very, very humorous mechanism, actually.
35:28But people still would feel like laughing.
35:33Because they can make a man feel like he's being torn to bits.
35:36You talk about fear and you talk about agony and being pinned down and all the rest of this.
35:43This is on these darn ridges.
35:46Now you're looking at what I've been describing here.
35:50You're looking at the reactive mind.
35:53You're not just looking at something that's vaguely like the reactive mind of the first book.
35:58You're looking at the reactive mind.
36:01The first book could be said to be a description of ridges and the behavior of ridges.
36:09If you want to know a lot more about how outrageously ridges can behave and so forth, just read about
36:16the reactive mind in book one.
36:18And that is actually the ridge.
36:20That's the ridge's behavior.
36:22So the reactive mind has geographical locations in the body, is found to be energy ridges on which facsimiles have
36:31been affixed.
36:33And the stimulus response character of them causes very, very aberrated behavior.
36:38They have an associative quality.
36:41That is to say, they're this absurd logic that's one thing near another thing and so forth.
36:50That they're down closer to an identity.
36:52A equals A equals A equals A than they are to thinking, really.
36:57And that's the way you tell what this thing is.
37:00It's reasoning on an A equals A equals A equals A.
37:02You can actually ask an entity certain questions.
37:08And it will give you identity responses.
37:13Korzybski, Korzybski in his tremendous piece of work there,
37:18was trying madly to differentiate over, above, around, under, alongside of, and for God's sakes, let's do something about this
37:31A equals A equals A equals A of an electronic ridge to which facsimiles are affixed.
37:37Now, you want to know, roots out of this trouble, how you get away from this trouble.
37:47He points out a root.
37:49His root, however, although Hayakawa and some of the boys in General Semantics believe there's a therapy involved in it.
38:01You can train and train and train and train and train when you're training into differentiation and all you're doing
38:12is training in a secondary circuit response.
38:15You see, you're saying, the fellow starts to identify and then he gets very careful and differentiates.
38:21Well, now, he's got a circuit set up that differentiates what he started to identify.
38:26And, of course, all you're doing really is giving a lot of credit to some ridge.
38:30You're giving the ridge credit of beingness and the guy will get worse.
38:34He won't get better.
38:36So watch crediting ridges.
38:39That's true, isn't it, you?
38:40He watched that happen.
38:44That's right.
38:45So, if you must be concerned with the body, the Phaeton, when he moves out, will generally leave the bulk
38:55of these ridges in the body.
38:57If he moves out knowingly, he just leaves these ridges and these ridges are sitting in the body and so
39:04on.
39:06But he has built them up and he's carried them around and he's pulled them in.
39:10He's done these various things with them.
39:11He's finally fixed this body with a great many ridges.
39:14These ridges have a very strict pattern.
39:16They have a very strict behavior.
39:17And this outrageous story I have been telling you about space stations and all that sort of thing is very
39:24muchly responsible for the state in action.
39:30The weird, insane character of these darn ridges today.
39:36And you're going to find pre-clears once in a while who will start giving you messages.
39:41Of course they're on a communication line.
39:43Why shouldn't they give you messages?
39:44Some guard's been walking past some cell where there's a body of pawn and all of a sudden this body
39:49stirs.
39:50Bodies are not supposed to do that.
39:51So he says, oh, somebody just died.
39:54But then it doesn't stir the way a body stirs when it just died.
39:59You'll say, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, somebody's monkeying around.
40:03Probably a few years ago they said, oh, some damn hypnotist.
40:06Nobody will believe him anyway.
40:10They didn't do too much about it.
40:11But that's not been the case here in the last year or so.
40:15They've been fascinated.
40:17And they're just about as helpless as babies and diapers.
40:21Because they've got a holding operation.
40:24They're guilty of tremendous overt acts themselves.
40:27They have no method of attack.
40:30They have been influencing via the mind for so long that they've actually lost their initiative to do anything else.
40:36And if anybody was going to do anything to earth on a violent side,
40:41or anybody was going to do anything to people on a violent side,
40:44it would be somebody like the fifth force.
40:47But the fifth force has completely opposite interest in earth.
40:53It does not want to do anything to earth.
40:56If anything is protecting earth at this time, it's the fifth force people.
41:00But isn't it strange that you will find the fifth force people occasionally have a body and pawn here.
41:10You'll find an occasional body and pawn on the fifth force.
41:14When you do, when you do, it'll be a different proposition.
41:19Because it's monitored by consent.
41:22The guy's here with a comm line set up.
41:24And he's almost in a state of knowingness concerning exactly where he came from.
41:29And what he's doing, it's a different proposition entirely.
41:35You have the difference between a young, ambitious race, you might say,
41:41and an old, decayed, caved-in race.
41:46And the two just don't mesh.
41:48They don't fight on the same battleground or anything.
41:51So there's no active concept involved here of battle or action.
41:56Beyond this insidious action through the mind.
42:02But it doesn't mean that I have, let me make my position very clear,
42:07that I have any axe to grind with regard to this.
42:10I don't have.
42:12I'm not part of this fight.
42:14It's just something that you take a look at and you say, oh no.
42:19And then you get interested and you get rather partisan about the thing as far as your sentiments are concerned.
42:24It's the partisan of watching a bright new operation and watching an old dead operation.
42:29Watching an awful lot of beings being terribly unhappy and awfully mucked up and all fouled up like fire drill.
42:37For what reason?
42:39Weird, beautiful reason.
42:41So that a planet which could get along very nicely is running off the rails all the time.
42:51Nobody can get anything going on this planet.
42:54I mean, nobody's supposed to get together and so on.
42:56What benefit is it to anybody?
42:59The funny part of it is, it has no benefit.
43:02It is in the line of a terrible habit as far as the Fourth Invader Force is concerned.
43:08Now as you go around, you'll find there's machinery stuck out here.
43:13A lot of it.
43:15You chase your PC around in various directions.
43:18The next thing you don't know, he's going to say there's lines going here and there's lines going there.
43:22And there's a big machine sitting over here and there's other machines sitting there and so on.
43:26Don't let him monkey with him too much.
43:28Those are Fourth Invader Force machines.
43:30This whole area of this end of the galaxy is booby trapped.
43:35And those machines are bearcats, some of them, to turn off.
43:40And although they may look like they're very easy to turn off, it's something like the picture.
43:45The Germans used to use this as a booby trap.
43:48They put a picture, slightly askew, over a fireplace or something in a bombed cottage or something.
43:54And your own troops would come in and somebody couldn't resist straightening up the picture.
44:00And of course it was trapped.
44:02And it would blow up and blow everybody up in the room.
44:05They hadn't straightened up the picture.
44:08Now, actually you had no great interest in these machines because they can't do very much one way or the
44:14other.
44:17And the truth of the matter was, if you were to hand a map to the fifth invader of some
44:22of these machines,
44:23which you had found from that sort of thing,
44:25you'd be only too happy to send a cruiser or something of the sort and bore them off the map.
44:29But it'd take a few mega mega mega volts to do very much to these machines.
44:40Now, you'll find occasionally a sickness will set in on a preclear.
44:45A very short time after he's been on one of these excursions.
44:51That's because he's hit an antipathetic wave which is rigged to be a nice wave.
44:55So don't let your preclear sit around and listen to beautiful music or something.
45:00That's a theta trap.
45:01Don't let him go around and he says,
45:03Oh, you know, there's the most gorgeous looking temple or something.
45:07I keep going over there looking at this beautiful temple and you say,
45:13Wait a minute, what's it look like?
45:15Oh, it's just gorgeous, the most beautiful architecture.
45:18You say, come home now.
45:21And he goes, Let me, let me, no, come home now.
45:24All of a sudden your preclear is going to be in appetite over tin cup into a theta trap.
45:29Theta traps are trapped ordinarily with aesthetics.
45:32The other type of trap is a mechanical trap which has a matching wavelength in its construction.
45:41It's a post or something and the thing that throws a beam,
45:46he's just passing through the area and all of a sudden something echoes at his wavelength.
45:50The next thing you know, he thinks somebody he knows is over there.
45:55He goes over to look and then the second he tries to get off of it,
45:57the more energy he puts out, the more active the trap becomes.
46:01There's no energy in the trap but the energy that Theta himself is putting into it.
46:05He'll stay on these things for God knows how long.
46:10Those are types of traps.
46:13As far as the Theta being very badly implanted is concerned,
46:17how can you implant an energy unit?
46:21That's an interesting question.
46:23How can you plant an energy unit?
46:25It's a question which you should be awfully interested because you can't.
46:30You can give it some ridges, but it can always move out from amongst these ridges.
46:38You have to get it to agree and change its mind about something.
46:42And once it's agreed on something of the sort, why, then it's possible for it to be in a state
46:49which keeps on holding onto ridges.
46:52So the most important thing you can do with a Theta is postulate processing, not ridge throwing around and the
47:00rest of it.
47:01I've said this before and I wish to punch it up now.
47:05Postulates, postulates.
47:06You can take any creepier you know and run from bottom to top of a scale, that scale I gave
47:13you many weeks ago, just to change one's postulates.
47:17And if you keep this up, you just keep this up, you go on this way, you'll get better, better,
47:23better, better, better.
47:27But we have, in all of these wild pitches, a terrific amount of coercion.
47:36It's very covert, all of this overtness toward beings.
47:41It has to be because you cannot actually aberrate permanently an energy unit.
47:52You cannot kill it.
47:55All you can get it to do is change its mind.
48:00That is to say, alter its postulates, its concept of beingness.
48:05You can get it to alter its concept of beingness, really.
48:08And if you can get it to alter its concept of beingness, then it'll keep on holding these silly ridges
48:13all around itself with facsimiles on them.
48:17And the ridges keep going in the stimulus response.
48:19And because your Thetan did not know the mechanism, he actually lacked knowledge of it.
48:25He couldn't beat it.
48:27He couldn't beat this game, so he'd stay at a low level.
48:32Now, possessing knowledge of this is not really the same thing as being a Theta Clear.
48:37I wish to impress that upon you.
48:39If you don't know about this and you don't know about that and don't know about something or other,
48:43it was not knowing about this and about that and about something or other that made it possible for any
48:49of you to be tricked into something in the first place.
48:53It's just not knowing this data, which is fascinating to you.
48:57You should say, yes, if you get a guy up to a high state of knowingness, he should know all
49:03of this.
49:04I refer you to science for survival, the theory of interbulation of Theta with Mest, and then it's disinterbulation again.
49:12That is data of the Mest universe, which is being gained.
49:18Your potentiality of knowingness goes way high, but this does not mean that data goes that high.
49:23That one Earth is likely to move to the programming that's going to be ancient.
49:24That's zero.
49:24I'm sure they can also recognize that N BL-12 has one of these reflective교-related strategies and
49:25that the problem of which PhD has been trying to around.
49:25And in their locking
49:25Many say their other three things people have done.
