00:34postcode. It isn't just a goal it is a route to achieve national economic growth.
00:43Not just an end but also a way and it also means that we can get beyond that long-term

00:54that we've had in this country of good growth in too few places and that is the way that
01:02with more investment more innovation more jobs we can start to lift the level of growth the level
01:11of hope that this country can have with growth in every postcode. That is the way that we can start
01:16to tell a fresh story about Britain. A fresh story that is a story that we build for the future
01:23not one that looks back to the past.
