00:01Your Grace, are you truly going to marry my sister?
00:05I have no choice.
00:15It is only by marrying her that I can keep you by my side.
00:22So, the two of you have been making a fool of me all along.
00:26I won't let you get away with this.
00:39Did you hear the news?
00:41What news?
00:42The princess is finally announcing her wedding today.
00:45Wow!
00:47Excited?
00:48As if.
00:51Uh, I suppose I am looking forward to it.
00:55Your Highness,
00:58This is the marriage you longed for so dearly.
01:02Yet you don't seem happy.
01:08No, Lily.
01:09I'm happy.
01:11This is the day I've longed for most.
01:17Today is a special day, for me and for this kingdom.
01:22For the past ten years,
01:25House Lovins has been the strongest pillar supporting our Balthasar.
01:29I am sure you all know this well.
01:32And now, let us not forget the one for whom this day was made.
01:37My daughter, Isabel.
01:40You cannot fathom how greatly I have anticipated this day.
01:45How long will that smile last?
01:50Hello, my sister.
01:53You look great today, sis.
01:57I don't want to say hello.
02:01Hello, Vilchid.
02:03Isabel.
02:04You look especially beautiful today.
02:07Thank you, Vilchid.
02:09But is there any woman who isn't beautiful to you?
02:14What?
02:17Why so flustered, Vilchid?
02:19I was only joking.
02:24Vilchid Rovins.
02:26Everyone thinks you're a gentleman who only has eyes for me.
02:31Disgusting.
02:33It feels like a dream.
02:36Ten years is no short time, Isabel.
02:39At last, today is the day we declare ourselves husband.
02:43Isn't it?
02:44Vilchid.
02:46His Majesty hasn't even made the official announcement yet.
02:50Aren't you getting a little ahead of yourself?
02:52Isabel, have I done something to upset you?
02:55When I called on you, you said you were too busy to see me.
02:58When I sent letters, you ignored them.
03:01Vilchid.
03:04Yes, Isabel.
03:08Did you really think I knew nothing?
03:11If you wanted to enjoy yourself with Clarence, you should have married Clarence.
03:17Why marry me?
03:19Because I'm the first princess?
03:23Uh...
03:23How did you...
03:26Stop acting.
03:28I'm not falling for it anymore.
03:31Isabel, so even if you know, what can you do?
03:35Are you gonna call off the engagement?
03:39Is that all?
03:42Watch closely what is to come.
03:44Vilchid Lovins.
03:49Mother, surely you don't intend to have my sister and Lord Lovins live apart?
03:54That is for Isabel to decide.
03:56It is not something we can decide for her.
04:03At last, it seems her highness the princess is to announce her betrothal to the duke of Lovins.
04:09Oh, how I envy her.
04:13I trust you all know what day this is.
04:17Isabel.
04:30Oh, no.
04:32I sense a presence that should not be here.
04:36Clarence, go fetch your father.
04:39Now.
04:40It's already too late.
04:43I have no intention of foolishly standing by while the two of them announce our marriage.
04:49She'll never marry.
05:04Where are Isabel and Lord Lovins?
05:07Isabel.
05:09Do you truly mean to call off our engagement?
05:13Yes.
05:15I shall declare the engagement broken.
05:18I understand that you're hurt.
05:21If you wish it, I vow that after we are wed, I shall look upon no one but you for
05:26the rest of my...
05:27Isabel?
05:31Isabel!
05:34Isabel!
05:52What just happened?
05:55Where am I?
05:57Who did this to me?
05:59Who did this to me?
06:11Hello, my princess.
06:13You're even prettier up close.
06:17Who are you?
06:20Well, who I am.
06:24It all depends on what choice the princess makes.
06:33It seems this one has no intention of revealing his true identity.
06:42How amusing.
06:44A kidnapper talking about options.
06:52Choose.
06:54You are to be my bride.
06:56Or you shall remain by my side.
06:59Are you out of your mind?
07:00There is no difference between the two.
07:04Ah.
07:06Sharing a bed each night wouldn't be so bad either.
07:13You were going to break off the engagement with Duke Rovance anyway.
07:19No way.
07:20No one could have heard that.
07:23How do you know that?
07:27My princess.
07:29I'm not a patient man.
07:31I used up all my patience back in the kingdom of Balthazar.
07:35Make your choice first.
07:39I'm not so mad as to marry a man I've only just met.
07:43I don't know where this place is, but I'm leaving.
07:47Leaving?
07:48From here?
07:50How?
07:51Going to teleport, perhaps?
07:52You can't even use magic.
07:55I can walk out of here on my own.
07:57You don't even know where you are.
07:59Yet you say you'll walk out.
08:01How witty of you, my princess.
08:04Fine.
08:05Go ahead.
08:06I promise.
08:08If you can find the exit, I'll let you go peacefully.
08:11No, actually.
08:12I will personally send you back to Balthazar.
08:15Why should I trust you?
08:17If you can't trust me, there's nothing I can do.
08:20But you don't really have a choice, do you?
08:29This man is truly mad.
08:31I don't know why he brought me here, but I have to get out.
08:37It's a human girl.
08:39I can't even remember how many centuries it's been.
08:43Should we tell her the way out?
08:45Shh.
08:45The master is listening.
08:53Wait.
08:55Is this the magic tower?
08:56I've heard of the Tower Master.
08:59A massive creature of pitch black fur and burning golden eyes.
09:04Black mantle.
09:06Footsteps that shake the earth.
09:09They say no human who enters ever leaves.
09:12I have to get out before I run into it.
09:17Forgive us, young one.
09:19We were like her once.
09:21Crystal bits and your coat turned quiet with it.
09:25A dog barked far away.
09:28Then the whole street went gray.
09:31We made a little halo.
09:33Perhaps it's better to ask that man instead.
09:36As you breathed out smoke and my turn back.
09:38At least he's not a monster.
09:45You said keep still.
09:47Oh, first on your sleeve.
09:51First on me.
09:53Soft little shock.
09:56Soft little dream.
09:59First I'll stay near.
10:02First I'll stay here.
10:04I don't wanna break.
10:06I don't wanna leave.
10:12I need help.
10:14Have you forgotten already?
10:16I'm the one who brought you here.
10:19So tell me, princess.
10:21What exactly would I gain by helping you?
10:24I will give you what you want.
10:27So tell me, what is it that you desire?
10:32You know exactly what I want.
10:39I was not foolish enough to be blind to what he wanted.
10:45Did you know your sister is trying to kill you?
10:49What?
10:50Why do you think I brought you here today of all days?
10:54Right before you were about to call off the engagement.
10:57What are you talking about?
11:00Clarence trying to kill me?
11:02She's my little sister.
11:03Isabel vanished in an instant.
11:06Someone must have taken her.
11:08Who would dare kidnap the princess of Balthazar?
11:10Why would you think that?
11:14Maybe my sister found out about us and disappeared on purpose.
11:19No.
11:19The Isabel I know would face it head on.
11:22No matter how it happens, she is never someone who would run away.
11:27Especially not on a day like today.
11:32What kind of day is today?
11:34The day the Duke and my sister announce their engagement in front of everyone?
11:39So you really have been waiting for this moment, haven't you?
11:42No, Clarence.
11:43You know that it's you I love.
11:46My marriage to Isabel, that is simply the fate I was born into as a member of House Rovance.
11:52I know.
11:53That's why I understood everything.
11:57Clarence, I know you dislike Isabel, but aren't you worried about her?
12:03And what about me?
12:06Did you ever stop to worry about me watching the man I love standing there as another woman's Fianna shit?
12:11That's not what I meant.
12:13Isabel is your sister.
12:15My sister?
12:16Hmm.
12:18I suppose we do share the same blood through our father.
12:22So yes, she is my sister.
12:25Technically.
12:27Either way, isn't this for the best?
12:30If my sister is gone, you can simply marry me instead.
12:34What?
12:37I am also a princess of Balthazar.
12:40Why should I not be able to?
12:42I simply lack the magical bloodline.
12:45But you said you wanted to marry me too.
12:48This is fate.
12:50It is the will of God for you and me to be wed.
13:01Your sister?
13:02Yes.
13:04She came to me with a request.
13:06To kill her own older sister, Isabel, the princess of Balthazar.
13:10You're lying.
13:11I know she resents me.
13:12But even so...
13:13If you don't want to believe it, then don't.
13:16The truth only matters once you've survived, anyway.
13:21If that is the truth, then you were hired to kill me.
13:24So why didn't you?
13:29Oh, no guest?
13:33At last, I found it.
13:39No way.
13:40Is that really...
13:45Hmph.
13:48A new maid, I see.
13:50This is the legendary Tower Master?
13:53Do not call me a monster.
13:55I have reigned for a thousand years.
13:57A thousand years, and yet...
13:58You're this small?
13:59This...
14:01I haven't eaten.
14:03Hmph.
14:03More importantly, you planning to sit at the table looking like that?
14:06Change first.
14:07Follow me.
14:13Huh?
14:17Ooh, a new one.
14:19Haven't seen this face before.
14:20She looks stiff.
14:21Bet she can't even walk in heels.
14:23Let's see if she's even worthy of us.
14:33Here are endless dresses.
14:37The dress looks like it's alive.
14:50I've got it.
14:52Wait.
14:53Wait.
14:54Wait.
14:54Just wait.
14:56Wait.
15:08Not gonna run.
15:09Promise.
15:22I promise.
15:23Now tell me.
15:26If you really received that request from Clarence, why didn't you just kill me right away?
15:32My, speaking so cruelly in the middle of dinner, are we?
15:35Quite right.
15:36A human with no manners wet so weather.
15:39First, let me make one thing clear.
15:42I cannot trust a single word you've said.
15:47Trust.
15:48Right.
15:48Fine then.
15:49I'll tell you why.
15:52I fell for the princess at first sight, so I couldn't kill her.
15:56Instead, I decided to keep her for myself.
15:59That just now?
16:01You're not even trying to hide that it's a lie, are you?
16:06There's no life in his eyes.
16:08What he just said, it was a lie after all.
16:16So you have no intention of telling me the real reason.
16:19If they find out you're alive, I can't collect the price I was promised.
16:23So just stay here and live happily with me.
16:26It's comfortable and nice, isn't it?
16:30What is this price that Clarence promised you?
16:33I can't tell you that.
16:36But let me make one thing clear.
16:38You cannot leave this place.
16:41Unless Balthazar finds out you're here and stormed in to rescue you, that is.
16:46For now, I'm certain that this guy has no intention of killing me.
16:51There must be a way to get out of here.
16:54I'll stay for now and come up with a plan for what to do next until I find it.
17:00My mother will come looking for me soon.
17:03Can you handle what comes after?
17:05I'm rather hoping I can't.
17:07That it all grows beyond even my control.
17:11You are out of your mind.
17:14One hour.
17:16I will send you to Balthazar.
17:17What are you talking about?
17:19You said you had no intention of letting me go.
17:21It will be faster for you to see it with your own eyes.
17:24That way you'll stay quietly by my side.
17:26But there is a condition.
17:29Condition?
17:30What kind of condition?
17:36The moment your identity is discovered, everything ends.
17:41And if you don't return within one hour...
17:45And if I don't?
17:46Then you'll stay this size forever.
17:48My pocket will become the princess new home.
17:54See you later, then.
18:03Security has gotten too tight.
18:05This is the only way left.
18:07Hold on tight, your highness.
18:16One hour.
18:17I have to find Clarence first.
18:30Where on earth could she be?
18:44You know, thinking it over...
18:47You were right, Clarence.
18:48Marrying you is the better choice all around.
18:51You carry his majesty's blood after all.
18:55So my tie to Balthazar stays unbroken.
19:01I always knew...
19:04You'd never abandon me.
19:07I love you, your grace.
19:13Wait here a moment, Clarence.
19:15I'll go pick something worthy of you.
19:25Your highness.
19:27The bargain was struck with the Tower Master's servant.
19:30Not the man himself.
19:33Are you sure there'll be no fallout?
19:36It's the Tower Master himself.
19:37No one less.
19:39A cruel, merciless monster, they say.
19:43Ow.
19:44Ow.
19:45Ah!
19:47Isabelle is never coming back alive.
19:50As long as my sister lived, our marriage would never have been allowed.
19:54Only now does he truly become mine.
19:58You did this, Clarence.
20:00Over something this petty?
20:02If you would follow me for a moment.
20:12Clarence?
20:13Where'd she go?
20:15Isabelle or Clarence.
20:17Marry a princess with his magisk blood,
20:20and Balthazar is mine.
20:21And such a pure, devoted woman loves me.
20:25I am a man of destiny.
20:27And yet, sometimes there's a chill in Clarence's eyes.
20:32Right?
20:32Just my imagination.
20:34Ten years engaged to a man like that.
20:39Fine.
20:40I'll make it back alive.
20:42And tear it all down.
20:47He said one hour, but I don't have to keep to it.
20:51I'm going to tell Mother.
20:53Everything.
20:55She'll be able to undo this magic, too.
20:57Ha!
20:58Just as I predicted.
20:59A mere human princess?
21:01Of course she'd run.
21:03Run?
21:04No.
21:05She simply doesn't know it yet.
21:07There's nowhere to run.
21:12Already?
21:13There's no time.
21:23His majesty has collapsed from the shock.
21:26His life is not in danger, thankfully,
21:28but he'll need complete rest for some time.
21:35Father.
21:37Very well.
21:39Tend faithfully to his majesty.
21:42You may leave us now.
21:45Yes, your majesty.
21:57With his majesty unconscious,
22:00I was able to draw a generous amount this time.
22:03Well done.
22:04The king's...
22:06Huh?
22:08Like who he is?
22:10Huh?
22:12Hello?
22:23Today was such a long day.
22:26Yeah.
22:30It really was.
22:32What are you doing?
22:33Why are you in my bedroom?
22:38Now that you're back,
22:41you'll tell me what you heard there,
22:42weren't you?
22:43I'd rather not.
22:44More importantly,
22:45you own this tower, don't you?
22:47Why didn't you say so sooner?
22:50Would it have changed how you treat me?
22:53No, I suppose not.
22:56I did wonder where you found the nerve
22:58to abduct realty.
22:59Nerve, is it?
23:01To carry off the most dangerous princess in Balthasar,
23:04a man needs at least that much.
23:07Now then,
23:09you're past the hour.
23:11Time for your punishment,
23:12wouldn't you say?
23:14Really?
23:15You'd punish me?
23:17I'll have to live...
23:18small?
23:19Mm.
23:20Living in my pocket wouldn't be so bad,
23:22but it'd be inconvenient in all sorts of ways,
23:25so...
23:25I think I'll change your punishment.
23:27Good.
23:28Any punishments better than living this small?
23:31Mm.
23:32Much better than that.
23:34We're supposed to live all lovey-dovey together from now on,
23:37you know?
23:38Lovey-dovey?
23:40And if you were small,
23:41I don't think there'd be much I could do with you.
23:45And I...
23:45have quite a lot I'd like to try.
23:47I have no idea what he's on about.
23:54How is this supposed to be all lovey-dovey?
23:57Human.
23:58What is this lovey-dovey?
24:00Is it something you eat?
24:03Never mind.
24:05I've been abducted.
24:06What did I expect?
24:07Ha!
24:08At least you know your place.
24:10Know your...
24:12What...
24:13What happened?
24:16Hmm.
24:17And why is my princess looking so glum?
24:22Ah...
24:23Talks too much.
24:26So I close that mouth for a bit.
24:34As it happens,
24:36I've been waiting to have a word with you.
24:38Oh?
24:39You were waiting for me?
24:41How thrilling.
24:42What is it?
24:46When did you do this to the mop?
24:49What's with all this hair?
24:54You just needed yourself a maid,
24:56didn't you?
24:58How could I ever treat a princess like a maid?
25:01You're doing it right now.
25:03You can use magic.
25:05So why not when it's time to clean?
25:16Easy now, Isabel.
25:18We're in the middle of a lovely date.
25:19It hurts me when you're angry.
25:22A date?
25:24Do you even know what that word means?
25:26Of course I do.
25:29I know rather more than that, too.
25:31I could show you if you'd like.
25:38I don't want to know.
25:40And my name...
25:42Don't say it so sweetly.
25:45Oh, it sounded sweet to you?
25:48Then I had it exactly right.
25:53Fine.
25:55I shouldn't have said anything.
26:04Ah.
26:05I keep forgetting to ask.
26:08So what is your name?
26:11Do you need to know?
26:12You said we'd be living together, didn't you?
26:16Then I ought to know your name.
26:18Ah, true.
26:20We'll be together from now on.
26:22A shame not to even know my name.
26:33Rakan Noir.
26:35That's my name, princess.
26:37Rakan Noir.
26:45Today was such a long day.
26:50Yeah.
26:54It really was.
26:58W-what are you doing?
27:00Why are you in my bedroom?
27:05Isn't it obvious?
27:08We're sleeping together from now on.
27:10Says who?
27:12Hmm.
27:14Says me.
27:16Between us, sharing a room should be more than enough reason, shouldn't it?
27:20In case you forgot, I'm still engaged.
27:23I have a fiancé.
27:25Ah, if that's what's bothering you, I'll take care of it.
27:28Hmm.
27:30And how exactly do you plan to take care of it?
27:32Can't have my woman belonging to someone else now, can I?
27:37I'll get the annulment letter sent.
27:40That's even possible?
27:42For me?
27:43Painfully easy.
27:47Huh.
27:49Never mind.
27:51I want to tell Bilchid myself.
27:55Not Bilchid, Isabel.
27:58It's Duke Rovance.
28:01What I call him is my own freedom.
28:04Hmm.
28:04Is that so?
28:06Guess the punishment was too soft, then.
28:13What do you think you're back?
28:24I'm doomed.
28:27I'm doomed.
28:32I'm doomed.
28:33You
