Sydney Swans investigation continues, no charges have been laid

Victorian detectives have interviewed four players in relation to a sexual assault investigation linked to the Sydney Swans. The allegations relate to events at the pullman hotel, where it's understood players were joined by several adult entertainers in the early hours of the morning. No-one has been arrested and no charges have been laid.

00:01The latest update we got from Victoria Police yesterday afternoon was about the fact that

00:07Victorian sexual crime squad detectives had travelled this week to New South Wales to

00:14interview four men and the ABC understands now that those four men were Sydney Swans

00:23players.

00:24Isaac Heaney, Chad Warner, James Jordan and Nick Blakey were spoken to by sexual crime

00:29squad detectives from Victoria Police who travelled to Sydney this week to interview them.

00:36The ABC also understands that Riley Bice is not the player, the Sydney Swans player Riley

00:42Bice is not being investigated by police over sexual assault allegations.

00:47Police say no one has been arrested and no one has been charged.

00:52Victoria Police, the latest they've told us is that the investigations are ongoing and

00:59any further updates beyond what they've told us about the interviews they've conducted

01:21And they also, the club again apologised to its stakeholders whether it be staff or players
