00:17they swept you out of Boston so I felt like this was a a pivotal series in more ways than
00:23one but
00:23for the Yankees to just make a statement against their arch rivals and that's exactly what they
00:29did emphatically too by the way as they stamped it on Sunday with a 16 to 1 victory it all
00:35started
00:36with Camp Schuttler who's just been great all season long I mean what more can you say about
00:39Camp Schuttler I mean in his short time here in the big leagues he has transformed himself into one of
00:45the best starting pitchers in all of baseball and then you have the much maligned a guy that I've
00:50said is not very good Will Warren making the biggest start of the season for him on today and or
00:57now
00:58yesterday as we crossed midnight Warren stepped up to the plate and pitched his ass off so hats off
01:05to him and hats off to the Yankees and everybody involved because it was a major statement maker you
01:13know the way things work around here if it had gone the other way and the Yankees would have lost

01:17out of four it would have been hysteria and I totally understand that because now by winning this series the
01:23Yankees control their own destiny against the Red Sox and the Yankees have an opportunity later on
01:28this season or at the end of the season I mean it feels like it's uh still later on but
01:33in a month
01:33or so when they play the Rays the second to last series of the year the Yankees have an opportunity
01:39there if they take care of business to hold the tiebreaker over Tampa so as Aaron Boone likes to say
01:45it's all in front of them and they took care of business TCB over the weekend against the Red Sox
