00:09so over here if i were to go around onto the board view then you can see that this is
00:14a to-do bucket
00:15right here but let's say what i want to do is i want to actually go ahead and then say
00:21let's say
00:21for example draft right here just like this and i'm going to go around and say version one right
00:28here just like this so you can see that i can create another bucket right here so i can go
00:33ahead
00:33and keep um track of the cards that i have then i'm going to go around and say version two
00:39and let's
00:40say for example finalization right here so depending on the process right here that you have for each of
00:47the tasks you can go ahead and then create out um buckets like this so you can go ahead and
00:53add in
00:54individual tasks right here to the buckets just like this or you can also go ahead and click and
01:00drag out the tasks right here let's say for example if the draft is complete you can move it to
01:05version
01:06one and if from version one that is complete you can move it to version two and so forth right
01:11here
01:12for example you may have a lot of scenes in a movie so you can allocate the scenes right here
01:17and as the
01:17editing gets completed through animation and so forth you can go ahead and then uh drag out the
01:24cards from one place to the next to track down the progress of each and every scene and that is
01:29how you
01:30can actually go ahead and create out a new bucket and if you want to go ahead and rename it
01:34let's say
01:35for example i can simply go ahead and then click on it or i can click on the three dot
01:40button right here
01:41and then rename it right here and i'm just going to go around and say initial draft right here just
01:47like
01:47this and this is how you can go ahead and create out a new bucket and rename buckets inside of
01:55microsoft planner so i hope you guys learned something as always and as always please like comment share
