00:00So explain a little bit more about this, because I'm not sure everybody, including myself, will fully understand.
00:04Oh, I apologize.
00:05You know, manually dialing a phone call.
00:07And if you go on Skype or WhatsApp, you can click something and it will dial for you.
00:12OK.
00:13There is a program called a predictive dialer where you would load up your numbers into this program.
00:19And it would give you a screen that would give you drop downs.
00:22And it would already fill out the information of names and information, depending on what the categories were.
00:28It could give you more of that stuff.
00:30And when you're in ready status, this individual will have two to six lines dialing at one time because you
00:37don't want to have too high of a drop call ratio.
00:40You want to make sure it's depending on your talk time.
00:43And you will literally be speaking to people unless there's wrap up time or things like that.
00:48You could be speaking for 60 minutes in an hour.
00:51And what that has done in regards to my productivity, it went so significant.
00:57Yeah, but here's the skinny dins.
00:59It's almost like a batting cage.
01:02Sometimes people and you, being a professional athlete and fighter, you need to work up the endurance.
01:10You need to work the core and the mind to go the distance.
01:14And so if you're making 200 phone calls in your first day, you'll be exhausted.
01:19But if you've done it like myself close to three decades, that's just a Wednesday.
01:25You build up to it.
01:26Yeah, that's so good.
01:27I mean, it makes me think of the John Henry kind of legend, the guy who took on the machine
01:34and he was the best at what he did.
01:36And end up basically killing himself, even though he beat the machine, rather than going along and saying, hey, maybe
01:41I can work with this machine.
01:42Maybe I can do some things and build up.
01:45So even people with lots of skill and experience can get this wrong.
01:49Have you seen anybody in your industry think that AI could really change things and they've just gone about it
01:55all the wrong way and really hit bad things?
