07:33countries. So, yeah, we have been like advocating this kind of the cooperation, not only between
07:41the scientists, but we do have a lot of cooperation among the scientists, but this kind of the
07:47disaster management need to come through the government.
08:30We're seeing that the ice withdrawal and the melting of the glaciers and the glaciers withdrawing
08:37is exposing the slopes, which then want to fall down. And we're seeing that in many of the
08:44mountains or place. As the permafrost melts, it weakens the rock mass as well. And sometimes
08:54you get big, heavy rainfalls, the atmospheric rivers that we've got that are quite different
08:59in climate change that dump water and that weaken it. So you can't say that climate change
09:06is causing a particular event, but you can say that the frequency is increasing because
09:11those conditions are there and there's usually some other little trigger.
