00:10for completing the implementation of the comprehensive plan for Gaza.
00:15President Trump has called it a breakthrough.
00:18Indeed, it is a historic breakthrough.
00:20For the first time, Hamas and the armed factions in Gaza have agreed to hand over their weapons
00:26and to transfer full governing authority, civilian and security,
00:30to a transitional administration recognized by the United Nations.
00:34We now have the opportunity to dramatically improve life in a sustainable way for Palestinians in Gaza,
00:41to provide durable security for Israelis,
00:44and to move from a conflict that has destabilized the region to an environment
00:48that offers peace, prosperity and economic opportunity for the entire Middle East.
