00:00Let's go back to talking about the ceasefire itself and the deal.
00:03When we look at phase one, and I know you say phase one is not yet completed and we're not yet into phase two.
00:09But when we look at what's happened so far, so obviously the hostages were released by Hamas.
00:15In return, a number of Palestinian detainees have been freed as well.
00:20All of the bodies of detainees have been returned with the exception of one.
00:25And I gather efforts are ongoing to locate that one deceased captive.
00:32Would you say that the Palestinians, so I'm talking here about Hamas, would you say they have fulfilled their side of the deal?
00:39I mean, they still have one, holding one deceased hostage.
00:45So the deal is not finished yet.
00:47But I think this delay in the process here is advantageous for both.
00:54Advantageous for the Israeli government and also for Hamas.
00:58Both of them are not sure which way they will enter phase two.
01:03So I think this is, as you know, releasing the dead hostage should not be an issue.
01:09This is as easy and it's much easier than having a life hostage or the other hostages.
01:14So there is a reason why this is the hostage, I think, from my opinion, Hamas is still holding it.
01:20Because Hamas is also trying to figure out what would happen in phase two.
01:25And clearly in phase two, Hamas should not have a role in it.
01:29Hamas, they will relinquish their governance.
01:32They should be disarmed.
01:34And this is something Hamas has not agreed on any of that yet.
01:38So we shall wait and see.
01:41I mean, both have to do certain things to finish phase one.
01:46But Hamas has to do most of the work here.
01:50Again, has to disarm itself and has to relinquish governance to the transitional authority that is coming with phase two.
