00:00know i never really correlated those things with of what i was doing in the call center when that
00:05happened right that i was creating that dialogue and being really the voice for the company but had
00:11i been taught that maybe from early on to realize that you know what i am first line um you
00:17know as
00:17and as a frontliner i really make or break that impression of the business maybe i would have
00:23realized my importance was much higher than just being oh i'm just the low guy on the totem pole
00:29well slow down for a second obviously you took that position seriously and you mastered it and
00:35that's why you are where you are today you might have not realized it at the time and sure you
00:39might
00:39have swung a little bit harder for the fences but obviously you were a top producer at this call
00:45center and if you were there for so many years you learned the business and you learned what it was
00:51like as an employee to have those good and bad days and i think that's why you're building an
00:56excellent team right now because you as i mentioned have those war scars and those sort of real life
01:01experiences so richard is uh dropping some nuggets here for you so yeah left and right i'm dropping them
