00:00So Jed York, the owner of the San Francisco 49ers, he didn't have a great day.
00:08He was arrested in East, I think it's Palestine, Ohio.
00:12I'm not sure if it's East Palestine or Palestine, Ohio.
00:17Now, it got knocked down to a lesser charge, disorderly conduct.
00:21Charge.
00:22I think he got rid of it all already, right?
00:23It's all kind of behind him, right?
00:26Yeah, I think so.
00:27But you know what's not behind him?
00:28The story.
00:29The bug shot and the story that's going to live in perpetuity, and the fact that he's
00:34going to get joned on for trying to have sex with a prostitute in a trailer park in the
00:39middle of East Palestine, God knows where, Ohio.
00:43So I don't know much about it.
00:45For 140 bucks.
00:45For 140 bucks, that prostitute probably looked like Jed York.
00:49Supposedly, he recently got separated and filed for divorce.
00:52I don't know what.
00:52He filed for divorce, yeah.
00:54And I guess he responded to an ad somewhere online.
00:58Online.
00:58Like a sting operation?
01:00And that's the easiest way to get trapped by the popo, is to answer a prostitution ad on
01:07your computer.
01:08What are you doing?
01:10Can you imagine?
01:10And the guy's what?
01:11Is he a legit billionaire?
01:13Oh, yeah.
01:14He is.
01:15It says he's worth $500 million, but his wealth is tied into the team.
01:21The team's probably worth, I don't know, $12 billion?
01:23Yeah.
01:23I would assume.
01:24Yeah.
01:25I mean, they've got to be one of the top seven most valuable franchises.
01:27Yeah.
01:27And the Seahawks just sold for, what, $9 plus billion?
01:31Yeah, it's probably worth.
01:31So it's north of that number.
01:33Yes.
01:33Whatever that number is, it's more than that.
01:36Well, what are you going to do?
01:37If it's worth that much, though, why the trailer park?
01:39Can he find a higher class?
01:40Well, he didn't know she was in a trailer park.
01:42Class.
01:43I mean, Val Brompton, too.
01:44He didn't know until he got there, probably.
01:45Well, what about the price?
01:47$140?
01:48I mean, he summed it up perfectly.
01:49No, no.
01:50He's still a bargain hunter?
01:51No, no.
01:51I guarantee he's done it before.
01:53He's horny.
01:54That's why.
01:54He's horny.
01:55That's why he did it.
01:56He got overtaken by the horniness.
01:58Yeah.
01:58He couldn't help himself.
01:59So maybe it's just something he did before.
02:01I mean, he's probably already been wealthy, right?
02:02I'm going to guess this is not his first rodeo.
02:04No.
02:04I'm just guessing that.
02:05I don't know that.
02:06So it's a way he could do it under the radar.
02:08You know, $150 or whatever.
02:10He's got in cash.
02:11I mean, seriously.
02:11He answered some of her.
02:12I'm not advocating for prostitution.
02:15It's a little like the last thing I would do.
02:16But if you're Jed York, you're a man of means.
02:21You're divorced or filed for divorce.
02:23Go book a penthouse suite in the nicest hotel in Ohio.
02:27I don't know what that is or where that is.
02:29Probably in Cleveland or Cincinnati.
02:31I don't know.
02:31What was he doing in East Palestine, Ohio?
02:33Bring in a high-level escort.
02:35Robert, and don't answer it out on the internet.
02:39Dumb dumb.
02:39I mean, dumbest guy ever.
02:43Now his name is just going to be dragged through the mud forever.
02:46Every time you see Jed York's face or hear his name, that's all you think about.
02:49He's a punching bag.
02:50Do you think he had...
02:51Robert Kraft couldn't be happier that his name is...
02:53Yeah.
02:54That he's off the hook now.
02:55Right.
02:56Do you think he had to be like hammered and it's something under the influence of something?
03:00Like this is the kind of thing he does when he's drunk.
03:02Good question.
03:03You know what I mean?
03:03Or is he just sober and horny?
03:06Could be both.
03:07I don't know.
03:08I'm going to say sober and horny.
03:10Probably doesn't have to be under the influence.
03:12I'm going to guess maybe under the influence.
03:14What time of the day did it happen, does it say?
03:19I don't know.
03:20I don't think it's at the time of day.
03:21Okay.
03:22His ex-wife or his still wife is very attractive.
03:27It's never about that.
03:29It's not that he thinks his wife's...
03:31No, I'm just saying he's lonely, lost his wife.
03:34He wanted strange.
03:35He wanted strange.
03:36He fell into the strange trap.
03:38He fell into it.
03:40Yeah.
03:40And he found a stranger.
03:43Problem is there was cops in whatever room he was going to.
03:45Imagine the joaning at the owners' meetings.
03:47Oh, yeah.
03:48Now, not directly to his face, but when the other owners are hanging out at the bar or what
03:53I mean, there's going to be high-level joaning on January.
03:58What's Bashadi going to say about him or to his face?
04:00I don't know.
04:01I can't think.
04:02Honestly, I don't know why it bothers me so much.
04:04Hey, Matt, Bashadi just seems like the type of guy that would just grill him face-to-face.
04:08Yeah, probably.
04:09There's a joan on him.
04:10Bashadi probably has his hookers on his boat.
04:12Probably.
04:13I don't know why it bothers me so much, but the idea that you're paying for somebody that,
04:17you know, an hour later is going to be with somebody else, you know, presumably
04:19if they're a busy person, or an hour earlier was just with someone else, I mean, it's a
04:25gross thought.
04:26It honestly makes me want to puke.
04:28You're just desperate.
04:28They're just desperate.
04:29I guess they don't think about it.
04:30He pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges, disorderly conduct, and possessing criminal
04:37tools.
04:38That's a phone.
04:39Criminal tool is a phone.
04:40I thought the criminal tool is a slinky.
04:42Oh, right.
04:44So he possessed multiple criminal tools.
04:46Yeah.
04:47No, the criminal tool in this case is the phone, because that's what he used to book
04:51the girl.
04:52Ah, okay.
04:53All right.
04:53Now that makes more sense.
04:55But he's done this before, 100%.
04:57Yeah, I don't doubt it.
04:58But what's he doing in East Palestine, Ohio?
05:00Well, that's like, he's from there.
05:02I know he's from Ohio.
05:02From, like, Youngstown, right?
05:04He's from Youngstown.
05:05I don't know anything about East Palestine, but I mean, if it has a trailer park, it's probably
05:08not the best town.
05:09I don't know anything about it.
05:10I don't know anything about it either.
05:11Yeah.
05:13I haven't been to Ohio.
05:14Okay.
05:15So it's near where he's from.
05:16Yeah.
05:17Yeah.
05:18So I guess he's got some...
05:19He's just familiar.
05:19He's got some palace there.
05:21And it's near, I think, near Pittsburgh, too.
05:23So he could be in Pittsburgh for business and then drive over there, like, 20 minutes
05:26away, 30 minutes away.
05:27So you could say the reason why Cakes, why he didn't...
05:30Why, if you're Jed York, did he not just get a nice room and go to a nice...
05:34Or just find a high-class girl for a date?
05:36You know, you get one for a date for three grand or something.
05:39Mm-hmm.
05:40He probably just didn't want to deal with it.
05:41Right.
05:41He just wanted to knock it out for a small minutes.
05:43You know?
05:44He just wanted a quickie?
05:45Yeah.
05:46Maybe he did.
05:47Yeah, I just wanted to knock it out.
05:47He wanted the convenience and the immediacy of it.
05:50Yeah, just knock this out.
05:51This is ridiculous.
05:51Let me knock this out and then get back to my work.
05:53Now I'm Googling nicest hotel in Youngstown, Ohio.
05:57What is it?
05:57Comfort Inn?
06:00I mean, they've got a DoubleTree by Hilton downtown from $125 a night.
06:04Oh, there you go.
06:05I mean...
06:05It's probably a palace there.
06:07I mean, is a $140 hooker better than your silly hand?
06:13That's such a gross question.
06:14I bet you the hand looks better.
06:16You're not going to get arrested for a date with your hand.
06:20Yeah.
06:21I don't know if I can say that.
06:22It's such an explicit question that you're saying.
06:26I mean, for $140, she can't be...
06:29She's a two.
06:31Yeah.
06:32She's an Ohio two.
06:33She's an Ohio two.
06:35Do you think she showed a picture and then he...
06:38Or did he do it sight unseen?
06:40He had to...
06:41I don't know how these things work.
06:43So you probably saw a picture and then...
06:44Yeah, there's probably a picture.
06:46There's probably a fake picture.
06:47Probably an AI picture.
06:48A catfish picture on the ad.
06:50It's a bait and switch.
06:51And the girl looks like a nine.
06:52It has to always be a bait and switch.
06:54Has the person ever looked better than the picture?
06:56I mean, that's way...
06:57Has that ever happened?
06:58That's way different than the bait and switch in Circuit City back in the day.
07:00Yeah.
07:01You're way more disappointed at that bait and switch.
07:03Yeah.
07:03At the trailer park.
07:04What is Jed York doing?
07:06I don't know.
07:07What's the NFL going to do?
07:08He might just be in a self-destructive phase of his life.
07:11Hey, Valdez did bring up maybe that electrical substation that's affecting all the players.
07:17Affected his brain?
07:18Or his dong.
07:19Yeah.
07:20Like supercharged his dong.
07:21Yeah.
07:22Like couldn't help himself.
07:23A radiation zap to his horniness.
07:24Just blame everything in California on the substation.
07:27Pretty much, yeah.
07:28Outside the 49ers practice facility.
07:30You could blame Christian McCaffrey's tight, quote, tightness.
07:32Yeah.
07:33Mike Evans' lips off the field every day.
07:35Yeah.
07:36I'm sure Debo's going to get injured.
07:38Yeah.
07:38I mean, just the substation.
07:41It's embarrassing.
07:42But I think ultimately, I mean, there's only so much that Lee can do.
07:45The owners are in charge.
07:48Like, you know what I mean?
07:49It's all a ruse.
07:51Yeah.
07:51That might give him a slap.
07:52And Adele works for the owners.
07:53Yeah.
07:54So, I mean, yeah, they'll slap on the wrist.
07:56They'll do something public, whatever, reprimand.
07:59He'll get some sort of a fine probably.
08:01It's just.
08:01Maybe he has to watch a game from home.
08:03It's just unbecoming.
08:04He should just sell the team.
08:05What can they do?
08:06That guy's a pillar of the business industry.
08:10He owns one of 32 Crown Jewels NFL franchises.
08:14Yeah, but how do you do that?
08:14And he's slumming around, like, trying to book a hooker in a trailer park.
08:18All right, here's the question.
08:19So, you're in his crisis response team, right?
08:22Oh, I'm his PR guy.
08:23I'm his point guy.
08:24Well, this has happened, and now you've got to talk to you.
08:26You've got a whole team of guys.
08:27Do you issue a statement, and they say, listen, I apologize.
08:31You know, it was in a bad way.
08:33I made some bad decisions.
08:34I'm 100% responsible.
08:35I'm going to try to better myself.
08:36And really try to take it head on, or you just act like it never happened?
08:41I try to sweep it under the rug.
08:42You act like it never happened?
08:43Yeah.
08:44I mean.
08:44Did Kraft ever talk about it?
08:46Not really.
08:47I don't think so.
08:47Not really.
08:48I mean, if it gets addressed, you...
08:49I mean, eventually, it'll just go away.
08:52But in the meantime...
08:54Well, the thing is, it will go away.
08:55That's all people are going to talk about.
08:56It will go away.
08:57Like, this is a 24-hour news story.
09:00But then, of course, when you say the name, you'll think about it.
09:03Yeah.
09:03And when the Niners go on the road and play against, like, the Rams, you think fans aren't
09:07going to sneak in posters of his mugshot?
09:10Yeah.
09:10They don't want to.
09:11Yeah, so that'll go...
09:12During the game.
09:13Well, he shouldn't go.
09:13He shouldn't go to the game.
09:14That'll go on forever.
09:14But I just wonder, like, as a human being, how you can show your face if you don't address
09:21it.
09:22I feel like if it was me, I think I would address it because...
09:28Because the embarrassment is too much.
09:30You know they're whispering about it anyway.
09:31Everyone's whispering about it.
09:32At least...
09:32That's probably the best way to handle it.
09:33I think I would address it.
09:35But if I'm his PR guy, I might just say, let's sweep this under the rug as much as we
09:41can.
09:41Because it's not like...
09:42I mean, I don't know.
09:43Obviously, I know the York name because that family has owned the team for quite a while
09:47or been a part of that team for a long, long time.
09:50I have no idea how...
09:51Is he super visible?
09:52Is he one of those guys that's, like, omnipresent in that area?
09:55I don't think so.
09:55Or is he a down-low guy to begin with?
09:58You know what I mean?
09:58I don't mean down-low in that way.
09:59I mean just, like, he keeps it quiet.
10:02Keeps things quiet.
10:03I think he's a super high-profile owner.
10:04He's not a super high-profile guy.
10:06I think maybe the middle ground is you acknowledge it and maybe you donate $100,000 to, like, sex trafficking...
10:16I mean, I guess you could do that.
10:17You know, like, preventing sex trafficking or minors being trafficked.
10:22You could do that.
10:23That's a good PR move.
10:24Yeah, I guess it would be a PR move.
10:25Yeah, I guess it would be a good move.
10:27But some people will look at it as disingenuous.
10:28He's just trying to pay it off to make it look...
10:30But at least you're doing something good.
10:31Like, you're taking something good out of a bad situation.
10:35Yeah.
10:35You're trying to make good out of it.
10:37Well, doesn't it look like you're kind of paying your way out of the humiliation?
10:41What?
10:42I think you've got to stand up there and you've got to take...
10:45You've got to take the slings and arrows and just eat it.
10:47You've got to acknowledge it.
10:48You've got to eat it.
10:49I guess.
10:50And then you can hold your head a little higher that you at least, you understand you did something wrong.
10:56Let me just say this.
10:57But you didn't want Jaden to do that.
11:00I don't know that he necessarily did anything wrong.
11:03But you didn't want Jaden really to talk about it.
11:05Well, that's why...
11:06Because I don't think it's a stain on it.
11:07I mean, that's totally different.
11:09You also can't equate, you know, getting busted for prostitution.
11:11Yeah.
11:12This is totally different.
11:13Yes, but it's having an issue and addressing it head first.
11:18Right, but it's a different situation because Jaden's going to be in front of the media every day.
11:22You're just creating a firestorm.
11:24And also, Jaden maybe was told by his team, either his mom or whoever's running that, not to talk about
11:30it.
11:31His team should have said, go out and talk about it and address it.
11:34But they probably said, don't.
11:35The reason why I'm saying Jed should address it is because I think there's real shame involved in it.
11:38And it's a real issue.
11:41Well, imagine how embarrassing it is.
11:42Because he's got two kids.
11:43Oh, it's super embarrassing.
11:45How embarrassed he is from his kids.
11:45The Jaden thing is trivial and you're making it bigger.
11:49The Jaden thing couldn't be more trivial.
11:52Just know this.
11:52I love you guys.
11:54Been friends forever.
11:55Worked together for 30 plus years.
11:57But if one of us, and this includes me, gets busted going to a hooker.
12:03For a hooker?
12:03Okay, he gets a high profile bust.
12:05Yeah.
12:06You're going to get Joan, Bob.
12:08There will be Joan.
12:09Of course.
12:09There will be so much drama.
12:13Everlasting.
12:13Yeah.
12:14You'll wear that.
12:15Until you die.
12:16You will wear that as long as we do the show and probably further past that.
12:21Well, first of all, we'll get fired.
12:24Whoever it happens to will get fired.
12:26I don't know.
12:26If it brings in more listeners.
12:27I miss the radio.
12:28It's a wild one.
12:29You think CK's not going to fire you if you get caught with a hooker?
12:32I don't know.
12:33Okay.
12:35We may never see you again.
12:36We might fire you.
12:37It's a possibility, but I'm not going to say it's a certainty.
12:40But what is a certainty is if Jason Bishop gets busted with a hooker, you're going to
12:46get Joan done.
12:47Just know that.
12:48Well, you'll never see me again.
12:50Because there's no chance I'm coming into this room ever again.
12:53Even if we didn't see you again, there would be Joan.
12:56Yes, there will be everlasting Joan.
12:57Behind your back?
12:58Constant.
12:58No, there would be on-air Joan.
13:00I would point to the empty seat and say, he's not in that seat because he got busted
13:05with a cheap hooker.
13:07What if it was a high-class hooker?
13:08Like an Elliott Spitzer?
13:10I have a little more respect.
13:11Is that the guy's name?
13:11I think so.
13:12Yeah, it's a good old-school poll.
13:14I'd have a little more respect for that, but there would still be Joan.
13:17Rachel, you could tell.
13:18Just know that.
13:24She wasn't actually an escort, right?
13:26She was just a high-society girl, right?
13:28Or like, you know.
13:29I thought she arranged girls for other people.
13:33Dates?
13:33Like a madam?
13:34I thought that maybe she got involved in that.
13:36I don't think she was the madam.
13:37If that's true, I've forgotten that detail.
13:40I don't think that's true.
13:41I don't know.
13:43Yeah.
13:43Wasn't she dating like a former guest that we had?
13:46Yeah.
13:47Like a guest that we had like last year on the show.
13:49Yes.
13:50Dating or married to.
13:51He was like a security expert, I think.
13:53Yeah.
13:53I can't remember his name.
13:55Yeah, that's exactly right.
13:56That's a weird residue in my brain.
13:59Because I think Drab talked to her to set up the interview.
14:02I think you're right.
14:03Because not only is she partners with that person, but she does like the PR media stuff
14:09for her.
14:10Well, she's been through the ringer.
14:12Yeah.
14:12She knows how to handle crisis.
14:16At least she's been there.
14:17She's got experience.
14:18Yeah.
14:18She's been there.
14:19Yeah.
14:20So Jed York, you don't want to be Jed York.
14:24Here, can I ask you this?
14:26You mean would you?
14:27Yeah, yeah, yeah.
14:28I want to support you.
14:28But you don't want to be Jed York.
14:30I want to own the Niners.
14:31I would take the Jonin and Riddick Troll to own the San Francisco 49ers.
14:37I'd sell that team so quick.
14:39Without being, honestly, I would never want you to out someone.
14:43But do you have anybody in your personal life that's been arrested for a prostitution type
14:48thing?
14:48Honestly.
14:49Nope.
14:49Arrested for it?
14:50I tell you.
14:50Do you have anybody in your personal life?
14:52I don't know anybody that's been arrested for that.
14:54I don't think so.
14:56Obviously, we have friends that have been arrested through the-
14:58For other stuff, yeah.
14:59Over 50 years of living.
15:00Yeah.
15:01I was arrested.
15:02Yeah, right.
15:02Yeah, but you're arrested for something really dumb.
15:05Oh, wait.
15:06I think it's something else.
15:09Oh, jeez.
15:09What are you thinking of?
15:10I thought you were like public urination or something.
15:12No.
15:13No, he just does that.
15:14Driving under the influence.
15:15Oh, that's right.
15:15That's right.
15:16Is that even still on your record?
15:18No.
15:19Yeah, scrub clean.
15:19It disappears after seven years.
15:20Yeah.
15:21I was 21.
15:22Oh, that thing never even happened.
15:24I would tell people it never happened.
15:25I've never been arrested for public urination.
15:28I mean, come on.
15:29Is that embarrassing, though, if you've been arrested for public urination?
15:31I'd rather be arrested for that than for a Dewey.
15:36Yeah, because a Dewey is more dangerous.
15:38Yeah, yeah.
15:38That's just a dumb thing you do coming out of a bar and you can't find a bathroom.
15:42Right, right.
15:42And believe me, I've done that plenty of times.
15:44I've done it a hundred times.
15:45Were you almost arrested for public urination?
15:49No.
15:50I feel like you've told a story where you were doing that and a cop came by.
15:53I think my roommate, Eric, might have been busted for public urination.
15:57Like, he was so dumb, he got caught.
15:59I mean, I love him.
15:59He was a great roommate.
16:01Hey, you gotta go.
16:02You gotta go.
16:02You gotta go.
16:03Yeah.
16:03Downtown Baltimore.
16:04Arrested.
16:05When a cop pulls you over and you say, sorry, I was speeding, and it's real.
16:10Like, I was speeding because I really have to use the bathroom.
16:12Do they, what do they say?
16:13Just go in your pants?
16:14I think they give you no slack for that.
16:16I'm not expecting them to really give you slack, but how do they honestly handle that?
16:21They just say, well.
16:22I don't think they care.
16:22Remember we played that audio from some police department in Florida saying, like, if you
16:28gotta go, oh well.
16:29Yeah, so you're just gonna have to go in your pants.
16:30My guess is they hear it all the time, is that even if you do have to go, they don't
16:35care.
16:36Right.
16:36Because I gotta imagine, sometimes that's true.
16:38I mean, there's just a loop of people getting pulled over and rolling their window down,
16:42and they're like, I gotta poop.
16:43And the cop's like, I don't care.
16:45Yeah.
16:45So you gotta pull a big John.
16:47Like, if you genuinely have to poop, you have to pull a big John.
16:49I guess.
16:51Wow.
16:51Just make a big scene.
16:52Thank God that's never happened.
16:53That could happen to me.
16:55That could definitely happen to you.
16:56Yeah.
16:58100%.
16:58Yeah.
17:00You're the most likely for that to happen to you in this room.
17:02That could happen.
17:03Yeah.
17:03Get pulled over, and I was racing home to poop.
17:05Yeah.
17:06And it's just like uncontrollable.
17:08Mm-hmm.
17:08Start your leg shaking and everything.
17:10That could happen.
17:12Definitely could happen to you.
17:13I don't think if anybody got busted for...
17:15I don't have anybody.
17:17I don't think I had anybody.
17:17I know.
17:18Not for that.
17:19Right.
17:21Like, pulling the cakes, pulling over on the highway, because you get titillated by Playboy
17:25Radio.
17:26Now, that would have been...
17:28You guys could have joned on me if I got busted for that.
17:30You were pretty vulnerable there.
17:32Well, I would just be...
17:32You dodged one there.
17:33I'm not asking for it.
17:34We still joned on you, and you weren't busted.
17:35Yeah.
17:36I was asking for just to be goofed on for 20 years if I get arrested for that at a
17:42rest
17:42stop.
17:43It's an arrest stop, not a rest stop.
17:46Right.
17:46Big dummy.
17:47Right.
17:47Keep it in your pants.
17:48All right.
17:49When we come back, we'll do the Junkie Sports page.
17:50We'll tell you who Cleveland named as their starting quarterback, in case you missed that
17:55yesterday and more.
17:56We'll do that next here on The Fan.
