00:27Finovation partnered with India's only independent power producer to conduct multiple need assessment studies across Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya
00:36Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
00:38The studies mapped demographic, socio-economic and infrastructure conditions to identify the factors influencing development in the targeted communities.
00:47Using tools such as in-depth interviews, key informant interviews and focus group discussions,
00:52Finovation's monitoring, evaluation and learning team helped identify grassroots needs and develop implementable recommendations.

01:11Haryana seeks CSR support to strengthen district healthcare.
01:15The Haryana government is looking to mobilize CSR support from banks, PSUs, industries and corporates to equip 23 district civil
01:24hospitals with essential biomedical equipment.
01:27The initiative also focuses on improving treatment for nearly 1,000 haemophilia patients across the state, whose annual treatment costs
01:35are estimated at around 50 crore rupees.
01:38Companies can support specific medical equipment or contribute towards haemophilia treatment.
01:43The government has also proposed district-level nodal officers to coordinate CSR proposals and monitor implementation.

01:53Paradeep Port highlights CSR and skill development.
01:57Paradeep Port Authority has inaugurated several infrastructure projects worth Rs 427.80 crore rupees, strengthening its capacity and connectivity.
02:08Alongside infrastructure development, the port highlighted its CSR initiatives, including placement-linked skill training for 168 unemployed youth from Odisha
02:19through the Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding in Vishakhapatnam.

02:37A 4-month-old baby from Tiruchi has successfully undergone life-saving open-heart surgery after being diagnosed with a
02:44rare congenital heart defect.
02:46The treatment was supported through the CSR initiative of JS Autocast Foundry India, a subsidiary of Bharat Forge.
02:53The company supported both the initial screening camp and the child's subsequent treatment.
02:59The case highlights how timely diagnosis, medical intervention and CSR support can come together to make critical healthcare accessible to
03:07families facing financial challenges.
03:10Moving to our final story, IREDA supports solarization of Goa water infrastructure.
03:16Two grid-connected solar power projects have been inaugurated at the Bambulim and Agasayim water pumping stations in Goa with
03:23support from IREDA's CSR initiative.
03:25The projects with capacities of 80 kW and 90 kW are expected to generate around 2.60 lakh units of
03:33clean electricity annually and save the drinking water department more than 18 lakh rupees every year.
03:40The installations are also expected to offset approximately 140,190 tons of CO2 emissions annually, demonstrating how CSR can integrate
03:50renewable energy with essential public infrastructure.
