00:24According to Vogel, Hickerson said he returned after running an errand and took a nap
00:28without further interaction with Panettiere,
00:30before his brother, Zach Hickerson, knocked on the door, and Panettiere was found unresponsive.

00:39questioning how someone could be nearby while a person was experiencing cardiac arrest,

00:45Zach, however, told TMZ that he woke Brian from a nap they were both taking on a pull-out couch,
00:51and that they discovered Panettiere unconscious when they went to wake her for lunch,
00:55before calling 911, administering Narcan, and performing CPR.
