00:07I think it's a thrilling tale but a very kind of poignant tale about you know
00:11survival. It's very intense but it's also mentally heartfelt. It was an honor to
00:17play one of these people who was so brave, one of these civilians. It's just
00:21a story that we were both surprised hadn't been told in modern cinema. I mean
00:25it's mammoth man it's just huge. Chris always likes to shoot as much as
00:29possible for real. So we were attaching IMAX cameras to the wings of Spitfire. We
00:35were surrounded by real people, real boats, real planes so we didn't have to do much
00:39acting. It makes the audience experience it much more than something that's
00:43computer generated. Christopher Nolan is the greatest filmmaker working in the
00:48world today. He was just so hands-on and present as a director. Whenever Chris
00:53Nolan makes a movie you know it's gonna be a prestige, it's gonna be good, it's gonna be
00:56really good and a lot of hard work we put into it. He's kind of the conductor
00:59but he also knows how to play every instrument as well. If you want to know
01:03what it feels like to be a sitting duck vicariously, it's a couple of hours in the
01:06cinema that I think gets very close. Oh you're kind of holding your breath for the
01:10whole movie. This is one of the most tense cinematic experience I've ever sat
01:14through. So that to me is like pure cinema.
