00:06I know lots of people who love God, possess a strong sense of identity, and lead purpose-driven
00:13lives. At the same time, I also know lots of people who love God but struggle with the feeling
00:19that they even have a purpose here on earth. If you're still searching for your purpose,
00:24don't be discouraged. God is still actively working in your life. Hold on to that truth
00:31to strengthen your faith along this life journey you are on. If you're just starting your journey,
00:37keep growing not only by reading the Bible but also by applying the Word to your life
00:42so that it is revealed in your behaviors and actions. James 1 verse 23 to 27 tells us to
00:49live out our faith through our actions. It's important not just to do things, but to do
00:55good works that show we believe in God, meaning our actions should be driven by our faith rather
01:00than just a desire to do positive deeds that have an appearance of being religious or charitable.
01:06More importantly than your actions, God is concerned with the condition of your heart.
01:12This is echoed in both the Old and New Testament. As examples, in Isaiah 1 verse 10 to 17 and
01:20Matthew
01:2015 verse 1 to 20, we see that God desires a genuine relationship over mere rituals. If you are still
01:28seeking God's will for your life, consider the words of Micah 6 verse 8, Act justly and love mercy
01:35and walk humbly with your God, and consider what that looks like in your sphere of influence.
