02:34I'm sure you're hearing from people all the time as governor of the state of Utah
02:37Everyone globally is asking what is going on at Skinwalker Ranch
02:41I hear it all the time
02:42And as the sitting governor of the state of Utah
02:47What concerns you most and do you have any questions for us?
02:51Well, obviously we're concerned about things that happen in our state, right?
02:54And the historic pieces of that state
02:57This is an incredible place
02:59You know, what's fascinating to me is it seems like everyone has a story
03:03About something they've experienced out here
03:05I mean, young kids would come out here and play
03:08And they all come back with some sort of story
03:11Including big dog, wolf-like creatures
03:14And we have a history in our state, before you owned the ranch
03:18Of secret government experiments that may have happened
03:22And so, yeah, I think any governor would be concerned
03:24We want to know what's happening in our state
03:27Well, what we want to show you is some of our latest findings on the ranch
03:32That continue to be the focus of our investigation

03:39We've extracted material that is of manufactured origin
03:44That is not naturally occurring
03:46Here's a photo of these ceramics, governor
03:53We've had that material analyzed at Utah Valley University
03:56We utilize the scanning electron microscope in order to analyze the material

04:03It just deepens the mystery

04:08It looks like the modern-day ceramic that was used in the aerospace industry
04:14So how did it get inside there?

04:30At first we thought we were damaging it

05:08So in addition to sophisticated technology behaving strangely
05:13We've also had other events in Homestead 2
05:18One of the spots that we wanted to tell Governor Cox about was the old 20th century ruin
05:24That's better known as Homestead 2
05:27Since we started our investigation at Skinwalker Ranch
05:31This place has been a hot spot of unexplainable phenomena
05:35We've seen what many people think may be evidence of portals out in that region of the property and around
05:41those structures
05:42Wow
05:43I was at a conference and just happened to be on the same panel with this particular rabbi
05:47And I told him that we've got this place that the locals say that portals open up in and so
05:53on
05:53And so we know there's a there's a Hebrew ceremony to open portals to the heavens
05:58Hmm
06:03In 2020 we had Rabbi Ariel Zadok perform an ancient Hebrew ceremony that he believed could actually open a portal
06:11at Homestead 2
06:12He was following up on work by Robert Bigelow's team
06:16Who claimed they saw a portal open up in front of the buildings there
06:20And then some kind of creature or Skinwalker crawled out of it

06:30During the rabbi's ceremony a strange cold spot suddenly appeared on our thermal camera

06:53And since we've also been looking for Ute and Navajo and other tribal members that would be willing to come

07:08And we've actually got a Navajo shaman coming out tomorrow night to do just that

08:03I opened up a well at Homestead 2 and immediately felt sick
08:07I've got a little bit of a headache or something happening
08:11Turns out, I'd been hit by a dangerous spike of radiation
08:15And burns showed up on my face and hands a few days later
08:20And the following year, a visitor named Roland McCook
08:23Came out to tell us about an experience he had as a teenager
08:26When he believes he came face to face with a skinwalker
08:30It came out, red eyes, probably like 8 feet tall
08:33And then it just, it pointed at me
08:37And all you hear is the biggest roar
08:40Just, ah
08:42The loudest roar I ever heard

08:46And while he was telling his story
08:48He was immediately overcome by some kind of illness

10:01We headed back out to the mesa
10:03With ground penetrating radar expert Jan Franke
10:06To continue our work with the guys from AAA Drilling
10:10Lots of plans for the day
10:11So I understand that you got down eleven feet

10:15OK, perfect.
10:16A few days ago, we started drilling our first 4-foot diameter vertical borehole.
10:23It's targeting the spot 33 feet below,
10:26where we hit that hard object with the horizontal drill hole last year
10:30and found those ceramic materials.
10:33So Jan, do I understand that today we have you back to do more scans with your GPR equipment?
10:38But of course, of course. Sounds good to me.
10:41So while the drilling was happening, Jan was back to run another GPR scan along the face of the Mesa.
10:48Last week, he took scans with a smaller GPR device that we inserted into borehole 1.
10:54So we could get some brand new scans inside the Mesa.
10:58Today, he's brought a different and more powerful unit that we can run across the Mesa's surface.
11:04We've got this weird sort of oblong target that's inside the Mesa.
11:10We've seen it from the top.
11:11I want to see it from as many angles as possible.
11:15So I think we all have a plan of action.

11:42I was wondering if y'all were seeing it on the spectrum analyzers.

11:50Jan's GPR emits a very specific frequency of 45 megahertz.
11:54So while we're running the GPR, Eric and Sam were going to keep a close eye on our spectrum analyzers

13:02This is one of the weirdest things that keeps happening across the ranch.
13:06Our instruments will broadcast a signal during an experiment.
13:10But then, after we shut it off, we'll see the same signal being broadcast back at us
13:15from some unknown source.
13:17It's like something on the ranch clones our signals.
13:20What the heck could be doing that?
13:22And why?

13:27We're done with the GPR and the really weird thing when we turned it off.
13:34There's a strong signal coming from the Mesa at about 45 megahertz.

13:43So there's a signal right now that's mimicking the GPR signal.

13:52You know, we're pumping energy into the ground for whatever reason,

14:54We were joined by Matty Farrer, a neuroscientist from Utah Valley University,
14:58and our friend, retired Navajo Ranger John Dover, who brought along Navajo shaman Art Hardy.

15:08It's great to have you out here to investigate the phenomena that we have been observing here for years now.
15:14Thank you for having me.
15:16Art agreed to perform a sacred prayer ritual like we did with the rabbi experiment a couple years back.
15:21We wanted to see if these kinds of rituals can consistently trigger similar results.
15:27That way, maybe we can get some answers about what causes the phenomena at Homestead 2.
15:33I think tonight's experiment is going to be really exciting where we have someone who's connected tribally, you know, to
15:40the area.
15:41Art, tell us a little bit about what you plan to do for us tonight.
15:44I would like to start off with doing a ceremony to see if we can instigate maybe a connection or
15:51a contact of some sort
15:53and then work my way into the housing area.
15:56It's kind of instigating to see if there was any kind of, I don't know, feedback.
16:00It sounds very diagnostic.
16:02You hit the nail on the head.
16:04So we do consider them diagnostic in a sense because we're basically investigators.
16:10I see.
16:11So you'll do your ceremony outside the Homestead.
16:14And then we'll go into the individual buildings and let you guys reach out to see what's going on.

16:20And at the same time, I think the idea is you're going to have a sensor on Art and monitor
16:28his brainwaves.
16:29Yeah, absolutely.
16:31After the prayer ritual, Art will physically go into the structures at Homestead 2.
16:35He'll be wearing an EEG or electroencephalogram device.
16:39Given the past health issues that I and others have had here, we want to be able to measure any
16:45strange effects that being in the Homestead might have on his brain and body.
16:50So kind of what we're going to do is we're going to put an EEG headset on you.
16:55Our brain, the way it communicates is it's all electrical, right?
16:57Yes, our body is a conductor.
17:01Obviously, we're made of water, 70%.
17:03Water is highly conductive.
17:06Yeah, absolutely.
17:07So as we connect that to your brain through the scalp on the skull, every electrical signal that your brain
17:13is sending, we are going to be able to pick up on.
17:16If you're feeling nervous, if you're feeling a little bit more anxious or relaxed, we're going to be able to
17:20pick up on that in vivo, so in real time.
17:23So I say we get started.

17:39We were really excited that Art agreed to perform a Navajo ceremony to see if we could make something strange
17:44appear at Homestead 2.
17:46Most Navajo people refuse to set foot on the ranch because they believe it's inhabited by evil and dangerous entities.
17:53That's where Skinwalker Ranch got its name.
17:55So for him to put himself out there like this for our investigation was really appreciated.

18:11While Eric set up in the command center to monitor the experiment with his surveillance system, we prepped high-speed
18:17and thermal cameras, as well as LiDAR devices, all aimed at the homestead to record data during the experiment.
18:24This will hopefully ensure that we capture any evidence of strange activity that can't be seen by the naked eye.
18:32Before we get started, what I'd like to do, Art, is I want to get you set up with the
18:36EEG and we get a baseline.

18:50First, we're doing a baseline reading so we can see what those wavelengths look like and what every channel and
18:58every part of his brain was looking like before going into this experiment so we can have some really good
19:03frames of reference to compare to the EEG scans in Homestead 2.

19:15His baseline readings look very typical.
19:18They're not moving, there's no muscle tension there, so we have normal EEG scans with normal wavelengths, normal amplitudes, normal
19:27brain activity.

22:30So, we headed back to the science table while Art's ceremony continued to see if anything

23:22Last time we did this with the rabbi, we had a huge cold spot appear right in front of the
23:28buildings, but this time we're seeing hot spots high in the trees at Homestead 2.

23:42It's fascinating that we're getting a temperature reaction during this prayer ritual, but it's
23:47the total opposite of what we saw before.

24:37So the way that I incorporated my prayer with that was to call upon that source of power,
24:44and hopefully we may document it, maybe capture it, and, you know, for scientific purposes.

25:39to compare his brain activity to the baseline scan Maddie had taken earlier.

28:53The second Art Hardy stepped inside the main building of Homestead 2.
28:57we lost total communication with the EEG device monitoring his brain.
29:02Even the battery, which was fully charged, suddenly went dead.
29:06Did something in the Homestead cause this?
29:09And if so, was it connected to the 1.6 gigahertz signal we got earlier,
29:14or even the heat anomalies above the buildings?
29:19Is there any other steps that we can do to maybe try and get this going again?
29:23We could potentially pull out another headset and see if a new one is going to give us some data.
