My Favorite Hamstring Curl Machine (Rare Find at VASA Gym)

This is easily my favorite hamstring curl machine, and VASA Fitness is one of the few gyms I've actually found that has it. Not every gym stocks this one, which makes training here even better for leg day.

I genuinely love this exercise — it's become one of my go-to movements for hamstring development, and having consistent access to a machine like this makes a real difference in how much I can dial in leg training. If your gym doesn't have something similar, it might be worth asking staff about it or looking into alternative machines that target the same movement pattern.
