00:00Parties like Reform and the Conservatives actually caused the problem.
00:04I mean, Brexit has caused a small boat problem.
00:07There weren't any small boats before we left the European Union.
00:11I mean, yet they're trying to exploit it.
00:14And coming up with daft policies like putting the Royal Navy into the English Channel.
00:19I mean, I think that's a policy written in the Kremlin, frankly.
00:21You know, we need our boats to defend ourselves,
00:24not do policies which both wouldn't work, be extremely expensive and are dangerous.
00:29And the Conservatives are no better, having caused this shambolic problem.
00:34Labour, frankly, isn't really being brave enough.
00:38Their deal with the French, one in, one out, has hardly seen anyone return
00:45and certainly hasn't sorted out the small boats problem
00:47and doesn't bring the concept of humanity to this issue.
00:53So today, we are talking about joining the EU's Migration and Asylum Pact.
