00:24staff can face punching, kicking and racial threats. She says the cameras can help de-escalate
00:30situations but the potential for aggression also contributes to staff burnout. Emergency
00:36department manager Laura Pennicott says violence is a common occurrence. The trust says it can
00:41refuse treatment and pursue legal action against perpetrators.
