00:36That's nearly as much power as the entire planet used in 2023.
00:41That number isn't science fiction.
00:43It's sitting inside a quiet policy paper drafted this year in New Delhi for a group of finance ministers most
00:49people only think about once a year at a summit photo-op.
00:53That group is BRICS.
00:55So, here is the real question.
00:57Nobody seriously doubts that BRICS countries are going to use more energy.
01:02That's already locked in by industrialization, by hundreds of millions of new air conditioners, by cities that didn't exist 20
