00:30Lokman, 62, was the project's superintending officer, responsible for ensuring it was completed within the stipulated cost, quality and time
00:39frame and that it did not become a sick project.
00:42During cross-examination by Muhyiddin's lawyer Chetan Jethwani, Lokman confirmed that the former Prime Minister was not involved in evaluating
00:50or selecting the contractor.
00:52The court had earlier heard from Metrasi Sandirian Berhad Director Lian Tien Chuan who claimed he approached former Segambut Bersatu
01:00Deputy Chief Adam Radlan Adam Mohamad to secure the project for Nepturus.
01:06Lian had described Adam Radlan as Muhyiddin's golf buddy.
