00:16Spurs. Palace spent £35m on him in January, and they've only had to sacrifice Dwight McNeil,
00:21who has one year left on his Everton contract that he would have spent sat on their bench.
00:25However, ask any Spurs or Palace fan what they think of Brennan, and you'll see how Johnson has
00:30ended up in this situation. As a Palace fan who watched him for six months and 26 games,
00:35it's hard to point to any game or moment where he looked like a top player. He lacked creativity,
00:41athleticism, bravery, finishing. His best games came at right wing back in the Conference League,
00:47where he whipped some decent balls in sometimes. That's about it. Zero goals and an unused sub in
00:53Leipzig in the European final. Ouch. What about Palace? McNeil is only a year older than Johnson,
00:58and whilst lacking the Welshman's output, has shown flashes of real quality for Everton over the years.
01:03In my opinion, he is a far superior technical footballer who can strike a ball magnificently.
01:09He does, however, badly lack pace and a right foot, and has become the focus of a lot of frustration

01:15the Everton fanbase. My conclusion? To be honest, is that it's massively inconsequential,
01:20and both players are likely to be nothing more than impact subs at the new teams. They both have
