00:00Gone are the days of the old tooling system. We used to drive around with utes or trailers.
00:05We have a shipping container designed based on the lean manufacturing of Toyota. When cars
00:10weren't affordable, they put them into a manufacturing line and this is what we've done
00:13with housing. So everything that you need to build a house comes in this shipping container
00:19and the other shipping container has the tractor and some of the other tools. So there's two
00:24shipping containers that go to site and no one needs to leave, no one needs to have a ute,
00:28no one needs to go down and get tools or materials. Everything that you need on site is there.
00:33As you can see, everything's jam-packed and everything has its place from safety gear to ladders
00:38to batteries, harnesses, gumboots. There's scissor lifts for helping with manual handling.
00:46We have two toolboxes that go in here on trolleys. Again, manual handling, everything's in one spot,
00:51very lean. Even to the sensor light that happens when you walk into the container like that's pretty
00:56cool. That never happens. We've got lunchroom, air conditioning, hot water system, fridge, microwave,
01:04kettles, seating and in the bathroom we've got a shower, toilet. So everything as you can see is
01:13jam-packed into two shipping containers and that is everything we need on site to be able to build these
01:20houses.
