00:17We know that cleaners have been fighting for years with Downer, who refuse to fill ships,
00:24who force people to work under stuff, and who are pushing people to break the point
00:28that enough is enough. There is no space for profit in healthcare.
00:32Triple P's do not work. This triple P does not work.
00:38We know that HRC members have gone to Parliament to tell that story,
00:42and still they are not listening. Downer is continuing to run an understaffed hospital,
00:47and we have to say no, enough is enough.
00:51We have not fought anywhere. We had a strike in 2017,
00:55and for a little while things get a bit better,
00:57and then they go back to other things where we don't get better.
01:00We have people here, out of the goodness of their heart, our cleaners,
01:04that stay back to give our people of FACUS the best care that they can get.
01:09They are fatigued, they are tired of having roster work,
01:14it doesn't come inside, it's giving them a professional break to realign,
01:19and to get feel, feel good to come back.
01:22FACUS needs to stand up and come and stand here, out the front,
01:26and tell these people that we want better healthcare,
01:30and not the likes of just cut, cut, cut.
