00:06I've climbed up here with some fantastic women to launch our Change and Check campaign.
00:11It's all about checking your boobs and if there's any changes, making sure that you go to your GP and
00:17get it checked out.
00:18Very, very important because of course, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
00:23And all of this came about because one of our fantastic producers, Helen Addis, she actually caught breast cancer herself.
00:30And this has been her brainchild and it was her idea to climb up to the top of the O2
00:35because it's the UK's biggest boob.
00:40So my message to everybody is check, check, check. Any changes you see in your boob goes straight to your
00:47GP.
