00:00Hi there, it's Lorraine here. Now, like all of you, I've been watching what's been happening
00:05in Ukraine after the Russian invasion and just wanting to do something to help. Obviously,
00:11we've been covering it on the show, but I think all of us just feel that we want to do
00:16something.
00:17When you look already, we've seen the royal family have been speaking out, which is quite unusual.
00:22Prince Charles and Camilla have been making very strong statements, and William McKay as well,
00:28and Harry and Meghan over in California. And we've seen stars like Ryan Reynolds of Deadpool. He
00:35actually has donated a million dollars to help the people of Ukraine, to help refugees. And that's
00:42remarkable and very important because it keeps it in the news. It keeps people thinking about what
00:48they can do. So there are lots of things we can do to help, but sometimes we can feel that
00:54it's just
00:54too overwhelming and there's nothing much that we can do and we just become bystanders. But
01:00obviously, you can give money, of course, to some fantastic charities and good clothes, like good
01:07coats. And it's cold there on the border just now. So we want good coats and hats and scarves and
01:12gloves
01:12and all of that sort of thing. But the best thing to do is get in touch with the charities
01:16and ask
01:17them what they need. And we'll all try and do our bit because it is really, really important and just
01:25so, so very sad. And of course, I know how generous all of you are, and I know that you
01:30will want to help.
