00:02You know, when I walked in, I was like, whoa, like, that's crazy. I haven't worked with this
00:07many women in forever. I was very excited right off the bat. They showed me the drawings all on
00:16this like board and on the TVs. They had drawings everywhere. You could tell they were in it. And
00:20you know, I got to see the whole process go from zero to a hundred, like the end of the
00:25movie. And
00:26you know, it makes it makes me very emotional. And then, you know, the cast being so amazing and
00:29me having worked with Asa Gonzalez before, she's just an amazing person. And she plays my mom in
00:35this and she's beautiful. It's just like, it all came together so perfectly, especially during the
00:40pandemic, I was able to record from home. Recording a voiceover movie is already very comfortable as
00:49it is like you're in a booth, you get to wear what you want, you get to show up however
00:52you want.
00:54And, you know, they're quite flexible with their days. And with the pandemic on top of
00:59that, you know, I got to do it from home. And, you know, I would go in my pajamas and
01:03my brother, you know, we have our own home studio here for music.
01:11You know, I think people are very used to generalizing Latin music in one category. My goal with my
01:17culture and my music and ways I can incorporate that is making sure people know the damn difference.
01:25Like we got our own. Each place, each country in the South America has their own specialties,
01:29their own flavors, their own words, their own. They just have their own thing going. And I think,
01:33you know, it's important to educate people and raise awareness because Peru, it is a beautiful
01:38place and there's so much to offer, but, you know, it's very underrated. And for that, they
01:42usually tend to struggle economically. And it's just with artists like me and HL and Renata Flores,
01:48people who are bringing attention to the country and not just the clout or like the
01:52reggaeton that's generalized now, people are paying more attention and Peru's getting more recognition.
02:01Well, I'm already in the process of achieving one of my goals, which is producing a movie
02:05that I'm also going to be starring in. So that's pretty awesome. Like that's something I've wanted
02:12and I didn't even think it was possible so soon in my career. I really did not. So I'm just
02:17very
02:17grateful for that. I've just been very lucky and blessed to have this life.
