00:08with the Espresso Martini. We're going to start with two ounces of Reka Vodka. It's one of the
00:14first Icelandic vodkas sold here in the United States. Then we're going to move on to one ounce
00:20of fresh espresso. This is a great ingredient. I always encourage everyone to use it fresh.
00:27And then lastly, we are just going to finish it up with a half an ounce of simple syrup one
00:32-to-one.
00:33Real easy. You can also add a little bit more if you prefer your sweetness to be a little bit
00:38stronger.
00:39And we're going to ice it up and we're going to shake it up because this is my favorite part.
00:48And then what you're going to get is a beautiful visual cocktail. Right there. Raise that bar.
