00:06Now they're four and a half in the American League East.
00:09Eric Neander, the general manager of the team, made some moves here.

00:15They're doing it again with Diaz and them guys.
00:17I mean, starting pitching.
00:19Dude, this Rays team's real, isn't it?
00:22They are.
00:23And what we always talk about here is how much I like what the Rays do with their pitching.
00:30I am so interested to see what happens with Castillo here with the Rays.
00:37Because if you watch him, I'm not going to go into the depth on the mechanical stuff,
00:41but there are a few things that are slightly off for him.
00:44He's not one of those pitchers like Max Scherzer that I look at and say,
00:47hey, dude, you're 44.
00:49It's time to hang the cleats up, right?
00:51You're done.
00:51I think Castillo still has another good year or two in him.
00:55And I think the team that can get it out of him is the Rays.
00:58Okay?
00:59So that's why I think this is going to be an interesting developing story to watch with
01:02Castillo and the Rays.
01:03Because if you get Castillo back to where he was just, you know, three years ago,
01:07and you add him into this Rays staff, now this team goes from really good
01:12to one of the teams that you want to take a future out or watch to see if they can
01:16go
01:16win the World Series here.
01:17So that's my biggest story with the Rays right now is to see what Castillo does.
01:21I'm interested to see if they can get their claws into a pitcher that's been there,
01:25been in the league for a while.
01:27I mean, we've seen it with Nick Martinez.
01:28I think Nick Martinez is a gas can.
01:30If you've ever heard me talk about Nick Martinez, I am not a fan.
01:34And that dude has made me eat my words and then some this year because he continues to
01:38go out there and give you six innings, three or four hits, no runs.
01:42It's just over and over again.
01:43If they can do that with Nick Martinez, I want to see what they can do with Castillo.

02:45Sometimes we can say there's a little bit too much energy on the mound, like a Chris Sale

02:51But Madison Baumgartner makes me think of Chris Sale a little bit in the sense of like, I
02:56love that energy, that bulldog energy on the mound.
02:59And yeah, for a full season, give me Clayton Kershaw for the 162 games.
