00:27And Pumas didn't show that. They didn't show that. They kind of just rolled over.
00:31And, you know, we need to put up a fight, especially against a team like Charlotte, which isn't even one
00:36of the strongest teams in the MLS right now.
00:39Without a doubt, Camila, it was sad to see that they are bouncing, you know, from losing 0-3 at
00:45home, winning two spectacular games, going to this cup.
00:49Now, let's give it to them. There was a massive delay before the game, and that could throw any team
00:55away.
00:55But also, a lot of these Mexican teams, they're not really chasing anything.
01:00Pumas, in their case, they're already qualified to conquer champions.
01:03So, there's not a lot of motivation and a lot of risk on these so many games so close to
01:08each other.
01:09Another game, Camila, that you actually enjoy in this first match day?
01:13Okay, this is one. Of course, I want to get to LAFC. I definitely want to talk about them.
01:18I don't know if you were able to get to look at the Vancouver-Atlanta game.
01:23A massive win. A massive win for a new team.
01:26Or, you know, a new team coming back to Liga MX.
01:30Vancouver is a strong team. They've been playing really well.
01:33I'm not sure what they're sitting at right now in the MLS.
01:35I know they're pretty high up there.
01:38Vancouver is fighting for the first place in the Western Conference.
01:40That's what I thought. That's what I thought.
01:42But I didn't want to misspeak.
01:43But a huge win and a big upset.
01:46Looking over at LAFC, this was quite a match.
01:49I knew a great result.
01:51I knew within the first 10 minutes we had like three or four fouls.
01:56It was both of these teams really wanted.
01:58I have to say, Chivas, they played well.
02:00The first 10 minutes, I thought it was going to be more of a struggle for LAFC.
02:04But we definitely found our rhythm and ultimately winning the game in PKs.

02:09It was sad to see the Bank of California, the BMO, in Rojiazul.
02:16The Chivas showed up.
02:19A lot of double T-shirts were in the stadium.
02:21A lot of people that normally were in the supporter section, they were nowhere to see.
02:26A lot of people in the south end that should have been on the north end.
02:30But the ones that were there were holding the fort.
02:33They were doing a great job with the atmosphere.
02:35And at the end of the day, LAFC walks away with two points.
02:39Let's remind everybody that in League Scope, there's no ties.
02:43So if you tie in regular time, then you go to penalties.
02:46The winner of penalties gets two points.
02:48The loser of the penalties earned their one point for the draw.
02:52And they continue.

03:01Toluca in the very first place.
03:03America in first place with the win today.
03:05Juarez surprisingly in the top three.
03:08Followed by Cruz Azul, León, and Atlante rounding the top six with a tie in fourth place.

03:18Absolutely.
03:19I mean, Toluca being in first place is no surprise.
03:22Going, you know, against a team like Seattle Sounders,
03:26which is a historically incredibly strong team in the MLS.
03:29And we know that their fan base is also really, really strong.
03:33Beating them 3-0.
03:35I mean, that is a massive accomplishment for Toluca.
03:38You know, especially showing their first game against a strong team within the MLS.
03:43And already setting them on the right foot.
03:45And I'm excited to see what they do throughout the rest of the tournament.

04:00I wouldn't expect them or Pachuca for that matter to be so low.

04:05Tijuana actually getting that red card against Austin.
04:09A fighty, fighty game.
04:11Some of these players, some of these teams are actually fighting for something.
04:14But let's take a look at this.
04:15Portland, Charlotte, Inter de Miami, Columbus, and Cincinnati.
04:20Columbus and Cincinnati is clear why they are there.
04:23Chicago also with the win.
04:25And New York, Austin, and Dallas.
04:27And even Orlando City with the debut of Griezmann.

04:33Impressive results so far?
04:35Or the stuff that you were already expecting?
04:37I mean, listen.
04:39I think the teams that I'm seeing who are getting the results are the ones that I was expecting.
04:43Right, you know, Messi with a great performance from Miami.
04:46We know that this was Messi's debut.
04:49And they went on to win the entire tournament.
04:51So, you know, not surprising.
04:53But I do think they're, you know, teams like Vancouver, Seattle, like we mentioned.
04:58These are teams that I were expecting more from.
