00:04Day one of ordering just the bread.
00:07First stop is here at Quality Bistro,
00:09where they bring your butter and bread table side.
00:12They glob it onto a huge marble slab
00:15and place it right in front of me.
00:17$48 for bread and butter is something
00:18I've never seen before, never heard of.
00:21They say that they churn the butter
00:22every single morning fresh.
00:24They put red chili flakes on top.
00:26They put onions on top.
00:27They salted it with some flaky sea salt.
00:29We've got tons of sides and toppings
00:31and different things that we can try it with.
00:32But what we really, really have is an abundance of bread
00:35and an abundance of butter.
00:37The bread is sourdough.
00:39Ooh, it's warm.
00:43They've already pre-buttered the bread and grilled it,
00:46but there's so much butter on the bread already
00:48and then we're adding more butter on top of that.
00:50They're gonna have to clean my arteries
00:52with a fire hose after this
00:54because this is just an insane amount of butter and bread.
00:56I don't know how I'm gonna be able to do this.
00:58There's a lot of salt on it.
00:59I might have salted it slightly less,
01:01but the bread is super soft, super moist, warm,
01:04and I highly recommend bringing a lot more people than I did.
01:08Okay guys, for taste, I'm gonna give this a three.
01:10For experience, I'll go with a four.
01:12And for price, I'm giving it a two
01:13because $48 for bread is crazy.
01:15See you in the next.
01:16Let's go...
