00:00Now, here's how Ronaldo Moore won silver in the men's 110 meter hurdles at the Central American and the Caribbean
00:07Games.
00:08Running in lane 8, he finished in a flash in 13.56 seconds.
00:30Hi, my name is Ronaldo Moore. I just won silver and hit 110 meter hurdles.
00:34My performance today was not the best, way better than yesterday because yesterday I came fourth in my seventh overall.
00:44And that got me in my head a little bit because I was seventh seed going into the finals.
00:50And I'm confident in myself. I knew that I could be on the four-year only finals and I did
00:56that because silver.
00:57I would like to thank my mom, my coaches and everyone in my family for supporting me.
01:03And I would like to thank you for bringing me here.
01:06Now onto the volleyball court, TNT were beaten comprehensively by Mexico.
01:10They lost the first set, 25-10, largely as a result of a few errors on their own.
01:29It was more of the same in the second set but TNT improved by two points, 25-12.
01:35The third set was perhaps their best as it ended 25-17.
01:39The Mexicans had a lapse in concentration, needing just one point to close off the match.
01:45They were eventually victorious in three straight sets.
01:48Now TNT's netballers are doing well as they secured another victory last evening.
01:52And a short while ago, Aaron Charles grabbed bronze in the men's 200 meters in 20.63 seconds.
02:04In the race number six, the owner of the record of the competition, who he did yesterday, is taking the
02:10first position.
02:11He's in a very good position. Figueroa in the number six.
02:17He's going to stay with the test. Yes, gentlemen. Figueroa!
02:20So here at 4X Expo
