00:07on One Malaysia Development Berhad, OneMDB, was confined to the company's affairs
00:13and did not include any investigation into former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's personal bank accounts.
00:21Former Public Accounts Committee PAC member Tony Pua said he was familiar with the report
00:27after reviewing it in his capacity as a PAC member at the time.
00:32Testifying on the fourth day of OneMDB's US$5.64 billion civil suit against Najib and six others,
00:41Pua said the audit was based solely on OneMDB's audited financial statements and available supporting documents
00:48as the company had provided limited cooperation.

01:08and did not cover investigations or inquiries into Najib's personal bank accounts.
01:13He added that then-Finance Minister 2 Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadsla
01:18had urged critics to stop making allegations against OneMDB
01:22after the interim report found no evidence of wrongdoing within the limited scope of the audit.

01:33Tan Sri Mohammed Shafi Abdullah,
01:35to remove several paragraphs from Pua's witness statement,
01:38ruling that they contained opinion and hearsay.
01:42The removed passages largely referred to media reports on the OneMDB scandal
01:47during Najib's administration, including reports by Sarawak Report.
