01:28Officer Radhi Mohamad, former Investment Director Kelvin Tan K. Jim, and former Chief Investment
01:34Officer Nick Faisal Arif Kamil.
01:37The writ of summons alleges, among other things, breach of trust, breach of statutory duty, abuse
01:43of power, and conspiracy to misappropriate OneMDB funds.
01:48The civil suit is being heard separately from the criminal proceedings against Najib.
01:54On December 26, 2025, Najib was sentenced to 15 years in prison and fined RM11.4 billion
02:02after being found guilty of abuse of power and money laundering involving RM2.3 billion in
02:09oneMDB funds.
02:11The trial resumes on Tuesday.
