00:08About 5 p.m. this afternoon we executed an arrest warrant and search warrant in the city of Spokane
00:15and we took 37-year-old Aaron Farnacci, a convicted felon, into custody on a single charge of arson in
00:22the first degree.
00:23Mr. Farnacci is currently in custody and being interviewed by detectives from our major crimes unit here in the Spokane
00:30County Sheriff's Office.
00:31The witness, a citizen, a very good citizen, noticed a male standing on the side of the road looking into
00:38the trees as he was going to pick somebody up.
00:41About 10 minutes later as he was coming back through the area he noticed the male was bending down near
00:45some grass.
00:46At that point the male stood up and looked very nervous according to our citizen witness.
00:53At that point the male walked away.
00:57The citizen returned to their house.
00:59A short time later after being at home they saw smoke coming from what they believed was the area that
01:04they had seen the male bending down by the side of the road.
01:08Mr. Farnacci is a convicted felon out of the state of Arizona.
01:14He has a felony conviction for manslaughter and a proceeding arrest in the same case in premeditated murder in the
01:23state of Arizona.
