00:00Tom Sandoval is detailing new allegations against his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson.
00:05According to newly filed court documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval alleges Robinson mocked the
00:10size of his penis and physically assaulted him during a heated confrontation while he was on
00:16tour in Florida with his band, Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras, last October. In the filing,
00:21Sandoval claims that after his concert ended, Robinson repeatedly kicked him in the groin
00:26while yelling insults in front of his bandmates, tour crew, and fans. He also alleges that earlier
00:32in the evening, Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that the venue security
00:37had to carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus because she was unable to walk on
00:43her own.
00:44Sandoval says that after spending time outside the bus interacting with fans and playing the trumpet,
00:49he returned to check on Robinson. According to the filing, that's when she allegedly kicked him in
00:54the groin and shouted insults, including, quote, you have a tiny f***ing penis, f*** you.
01:01Sandoval claims the alleged assault continued both inside and outside the tour bus before members
01:06of his band and tour crew stepped in and physically separated the two. The former Traders contestant
01:12also describes what he calls additional instances of coercive control during their relationship.
01:18In one example from June 2025, Sandoval alleges Robinson called him more than 20 times while
01:24he was preparing for his band's audition on America's Got Talent, arguing about matters
01:29unrelated to the performance. According to the filing, the repeated calls left him stressed,
01:34overwhelmed, and unable to fully focus when it was time to perform. Sandoval also claims Robinson
01:39threatened to, quote, ruin my life if I left her. The latest filing comes just weeks after Robinson
01:45was arrested following an alleged assault involving Sandoval. At the time, Sandoval claimed he first
01:50got into an altercation with Robinson's father, Will, before Robinson allegedly punched him in the face,
01:56injuring his neck and ear. Following that incident, Robinson and her father were removed from Sandoval's
02:02Los Angeles home after temporary restraining orders were granted. A day later, video surfaced showing
02:08Sandoval pushing Will into a lit fire pit. Will later filed for a temporary counter-restraining order
02:15against Sandoval, but that request was denied. As the legal battle between the former couple continues,
02:21these latest allegations add another chapter to their increasingly contentious split.
