00:00Great to be here. Energy's been great. I got to come in a little bit later today. I didn't have

00:04to get here at like nine in the morning. So that was nice. I got to work out. There was an empty gym.

00:11Yeah. Totally different vibe from the last time you were here. Oh yeah. Way, way different. And

00:15it's been nice. Like I get to kind of like coast and just sort of chill and meander. And this is

00:23my girlfriend Victoria's first Bravo con. So she's getting into it and seeing it. And it's

00:29awesome though. There's so much love here. And it's a really cool way to connect with the fans.

00:33And I love that. I love that about Bravo con. Any fun run ins? I ran into Teddy and

00:41and sorry Tamron. And that was cool. I just got here not too long ago. I only just did one photo

00:49op. Ran into Brittany. Of course just did photos with Schwartz. But yeah, it's been great. Energy's

00:55awesome here. So cool. House of Villains. Yes. New Year. I am so excited about House of

01:01Villains. It might be my favorite show I've ever done. More than The Traitors. Oh yeah. Really?

01:06Yeah. But Traitors is cool. Listen, they're both, they're different. Traitors is very intense.

01:12You know, you're trying as a faithful not to get murdered or banished. And you're always trying

01:19to figure out, you know, who. So there's a lot of pressure and there's a lot of intensity in that

01:23way. And then you're doing the challenges and stuff. But with House of Villains, you

01:27know, being there, interacting with people like constantly at all times, it's, it was

01:33just, it was, it was cool. And everybody, everybody takes, even though it's House of

01:37Villains, everybody takes everyone at face value. And that was really cool.

01:41Yeah. I'm excited to see it. I loved it. It's going to be good. It's going to be a very

01:45different season than previous ones. Yeah. What's it like kind of passing the baton to this

01:49new wave of Vanderpump or servers? You know, honestly, haven't really been much of a part

01:56of it, but in a way, I feel a sense of pride. You know, I feel like we created something really

02:03magical. We caught lightning in a bottle that was, it was a situation, you know, with all

02:07of us really knowing each other and really sort of living together, working together, being

02:11broke together, vacationing festivals together, like, you know, borrowing each other's clothes.

02:17Like it was, you know, it was something where we were in the trenches moving to LA to pursue

02:24our dreams. And then we're just happened to be working at Sir, you know? And, um, I think

02:30that's, I hope that the new cast sort of has that similar vibe and that similar love and

02:36connection and relationships. Um, and if they do, I think they could do very well, but, uh,

02:42you know, a show like ours, you know, that's not casted, you know what I mean? Like it, you

02:49know, I, I just hope that they have a good connection with each other and they keep it

02:52real.

02:52Sure. Are you disappointed that the show couldn't, I mean, obviously it couldn't continue

02:56the way that it was because so much had gone down. Are you, were you disappointed that there

03:01wasn't another way to kind of figure it out?

03:03Yeah. I figured like, I wasn't really stoked about the way it ended. I felt like we could have

03:08kept going for a little bit longer, at least for another season and sort of wrap things

03:12up and, um, you know, because it was supposed to happen and, and then it was like, oh, it's

03:17happening. It's not happening. It is happening. It's not like, um, I wish we could have, I

03:22wish we could have really gave it a nice send off, but who knows?

03:30Yeah. Have there been any talks?

03:32Um, there hasn't been lately because obviously there's still, you know, really wanting to,

03:37they're, they're focused on the new, the new cast. Yeah. Are you going to be on the

03:41Valley at all?

03:42Um, no, not currently for this season. Um, I, I was, I've been on the fence back and

03:47forth, whether I wanted to be on the Valley or not. And, you know, obviously with something

03:51like that, you know, I don't think they want somebody on their show. That's going to be

03:55apprehensive about whether they want to be involved or not, but I would be more open to

04:00it now. Yeah, definitely. Especially with Schwartz and, and Lala, like it feels that would

04:05feel more organic. Organic. Yeah. Yeah. What's your relationship like with Schwartz now? Cause

04:10you know, he said it in the panel, he's like, you know, it's, it was not nice not to shoot

04:14with you, but like, he felt like, you know, he could create his own identity after everything

04:17that kind of happened. What's kind of your reaction to that?

04:19Schwartz has always had his own identity. It's really funny that he says that because,

04:24you know, behind closed doors, Schwartz definitely wears the pants in a lot of ways.

04:28I'm telling you, Oh yeah. I'm just more of the, the, you know, I'm more of the,

04:34the outspoken, but like behind closed doors, Schwartz is a very strong, strong set mindset.

04:41And, uh, and yeah, I mean, look like with the, with the restaurant and stuff, like it was,

04:46you know, dealing with something that's not doing well, I'm failing on constant pressure and

04:51negativity. It's, it sucks. And it, and it definitely wears on your friendship, but overall,

04:56like, you know, since we've moved past that, like it's definitely been better. Yeah. And I'm glad

05:02that he's out. I'm glad that he's on there and doing his own thing and being himself. He's got

05:06his podcast. He's got his own voice. It's great. I love it. Yeah. Still friends with Sheena. Um,

05:10I haven't talked to her in a while. Yeah. But anybody else that you talked to her that the

05:14friendship that maybe you missed the most? Yeah. But I think, I think really like being away

05:19from Vanderpump Rules, it's been, it's sort of like a nice, um, it's nice to have a little distance

05:24and have a little privacy. I've been pretty private lately. Me and Victoria just been enjoying

05:28like being, being on our own, just kicking it. Yeah. Marriage anytime soon. Who knows?

05:34Yeah. You know? I'm glad you're in such a good place and I'm excited for House of Villains.
