00:06The road outside were pretty badly clogged, but I think most of the traffic issues have been settled and indeed
00:14I think most people have now got through the turnstiles and are well covered up against the elements, whatever they
00:20may throw at us over the next hour or two.
00:26So what a stage for the players to take two here ahead of such an important game. The referees awarded
00:34a free kick.
00:49Quick glance at goal.
00:52He's going to be pulled back for that one.
00:55Yeah, well, they were exposed and vulnerable and he knew he had to do something to prevent a goal then.
01:04He's had a crack.
01:06Oh, smart save. He had plenty to do.
01:09Well, I thought a starting position was good and that helped the keeper to judge the flight of the ball
01:14and deal with it well.
01:20And it's been taken short.
01:22He's brushed off the ball there.
01:25Sassuolo have a free kick.
01:35And that's been lever clear.
01:38Forward it goes.
01:41Javis plays it out to the wing.
01:44And the shot.
01:44Gets the better of his man.
01:49Javis has a pop!
01:51Can he shoot?
02:01And the shots
02:03It's in
02:08Lovely goal
02:09Perfect poise to set himself for the strike
02:49Milan go ahead
02:50One goal to the good
02:55Out to the left it goes
02:58Good challenge
02:59He just stood firm
03:01He gets past his man
03:04Calicuri
03:05Gets away from
03:06He's one on one
03:07Short hits one
03:10Oh so close to what would have been a memorable goal
03:14You can only admire his attitude
03:16With the determination he found to
03:18To get close
03:21Milan were imperious when the two sides last met
03:25And the fans were asking for more of the same
03:27Finds himself eased off the ball
03:30Quick pull forward
03:33Castledine
03:35Now can he capitalise
03:39Shoots
03:40Oh surely that deserved better
03:43It didn't quite come off on this occasion
03:46But it only needs a gentle tweak
04:03Well they would seem to be trying to expose the centre of that defence to runners
04:08It makes for some terrific movement
04:10It does and they may be hit on the break
04:12Because obviously it requires numbers forward to stretch them out
04:19Defence got the better of him this time
04:21But I'm sure he'll go again
04:28Sensi
04:36Castledine
04:37Jarvis
04:46There has been just the early goal here
04:48And it's 1-0
04:51In with the challenge
04:52And he has been fouled there
04:54No surprise
04:56That's a booking
05:15Away from immediate danger
05:18Hit long and direct
05:20Jarvis
05:21He's left his man
05:23Big chance
05:25One on one
05:26Going for goal
05:27Oh
05:28Taken with style
05:33Two to the good
05:34They have breathing space
05:37What about that Jim Beglin?
05:40Well considering he has a bit of a shoot on sight policy
05:42He was the one player that should have been picked up then
05:44It was both careless and costly from where I'm sitting
06:12Things starting to look very comfortable
06:14Well with this kind of authority Peter
06:17Why not push on and totally kill this off
06:20Just a keeper to beat
06:22Shot at goal
06:29Great strength
06:30Too strong for his opponent
06:42He's in
06:43Real chance
06:45And more
06:47And more
06:48And more
06:49Hot knife through butter
06:52They have done it again
06:56What a great finish
06:57But how about the touch?
06:59It just allowed him to put the ball exactly where he wanted it
07:01And the rest
07:02Became a formality
07:06He's made it too
07:07And no doubt he's hungry for more
07:15Three without reply
07:17This is becoming a stroll
07:19No doubt as to who has the momentum here now
07:22The only doubt
07:23Is how many is coming
07:27Let's ruffle the few
07:28Castledine
07:30And yes it's there
07:33All too easy
07:35They are in danger of disappearing out of sight
07:40Milan are really pouncing on any straight passes in midfield
07:43We're talking seconds from interception to the back of the net
07:46It's counter attacking heaven
08:06It's become a case of men against boys
08:08Well unsurprisingly Peter
08:11The opposition look completely stunned
08:13I'm not sure they can gather themselves
08:16That's a foul
08:17Simple decision for the referee
08:40He wasn't very far from making something happen by himself
08:44Lovely to see
08:49Lamella
08:50Gets it back
08:52Jarvis
08:59Castledine
09:01Over to the left
09:08Gorgeous control there
09:10Well the crowd clearly like what they just saw
09:13Some real no-nonsense defending
09:24Well that looks a foul
09:25Referee's given it
09:47Oh there was plenty on that
09:50Well that was just asking too much of himself from there
10:04He's made sure that that won't get through
10:06Hoists it forward
10:10Castledine spreads it towards the left
10:21Balls loose
10:22Who's getting there
10:24Has a pop
10:27Oh impressive strike
10:28Yeah on another occasion
10:30All that went wrong
10:32May come right
10:52Milan power ahead here
10:54And it's been a good half for them
10:57Going through
11:05Chance
11:07They've scored
11:10Well surely that completes the demolition
11:12If it hadn't occurred already
11:17Well I wasn't expecting them to go this big Peter
11:19But they have been superb
11:44Milan totally rampant here
11:57And it's sensing
11:58Rice gets his foot in there
12:03Dinks one in
12:04Floated through
12:07Castledine
12:07He's onside
12:09Shapes the shoot
12:11They've done it
12:13And they're at it again
12:15In double quick time
12:22Listen
12:22When you're on an invitation
12:24To improve your goal difference
12:25Well he's off
12:29He's made it three
12:30Quite a day at the office for him
12:32That defence must be sick of the sight of him
12:34He's been persistent and ruthless all game
12:37He just hasn't stopped working
13:04Well it's been an absolutely fabulous spell for them
13:07And they're starting to look unstoppable
13:09There could be more on the way
13:20Battles to win it back
13:22We sit high
13:24Ball needed to be better there
13:26It's a wasted chance
13:28Great strength
13:29Too strong for his opponent
13:31Charvis
13:33Looks to thread it through
13:36Too much on it
13:37And that's the keepers
13:41That's a throw
13:50Get a throw in
14:02Good running with the ball
14:03He's good for it
14:08It's a loose ball
14:09Good challenge
14:11He just stood firm
14:15Puts it into the middle
14:18Tries to get it clear
14:19The balls come loose
14:20And the chase is
14:21And the finish
14:23Back of the net
14:26And already
14:27They're looking to run away with it
14:33Yeah
14:34By the looks of it
14:35There may be still more to come
14:45There may be still more
14:46Than the wind
14:46Of course
14:47Here
14:47There may be still more to come
15:00And the sun
15:00There may be still more to come
15:00Try to run away with it
15:01Our trees
15:01Thank you
15:03Thank you
15:06and your систем
15:06Well, they're very much
15:09The first half is done. Well, that flew by it was breathless stuff
15:14It's been one-way traffic here after the first 45 minutes a
15:18Relentless barrage that looks set to continue
15:22Milan have been more or less perfect. I would say their managers all smiles and he's got every reason to
15:29be
15:30Milan have been nothing short of awesome in the first 45 minutes a truly memorable performance on all counts
15:38And it has to be said this match is well and truly already won
15:43But we're already into the second period
15:48Pretty robust but it's got the job done
15:56Promising move that good inroads into enemy territory, but no joy
16:08Played out to the right just brushed off the ball there
16:17Sensei
16:19Oh
16:20Really well to intervene and dispel the growing danger
16:26He's had a shot
16:29Oh, he really got hold of that look it was achievable Peter book it needed his best
16:43Sensei
16:47And it's LaMela
16:48And it's LaMela
16:51Jarvis
16:53Has he picked him out?
16:55Castledyne!
16:57He's put his foot right through that one
17:00Well, it was hit with great power Peter, but sadly not great decision
17:13Sassuolo
17:14To retain the ball, but certainly in no rush to break forward
17:21Castledyne
17:22He's Castledyne!
17:26Terrific save
17:40And it's played forward and it's played forward
17:46And it's played forward
17:55That's one way of trying to make things happen
17:57That's one way of trying to make things happen
17:58There's a few who could follow that example
18:11There's a few who could follow that example
18:22This defence just doesn't trust itself to play a higher line
18:25Frightened the people getting in behind
18:27Yeah, absolutely
18:28It just opens up the opportunity of not only strikers getting behind but the runners from midfield too
18:35That's great strength on the ball
18:39Rice with a good steal, well played
18:41And the counter is on
18:45Castledyne!
18:46Well, he caught that pure, but no end product
18:50Milan just served up a reminder of how good they can be on the break
18:54Their method is clear
19:03Sensi
19:07Lamela
19:08Let us put a stop to that
19:21Looses his balance
19:22Goes for goal!
19:25Comfortable frame for the keeper
19:27It was more possible than probable
19:29And the open back it up, Peter
19:34Just wouldn't be beaten there
19:39Sensi
19:39And once more they can't get through
19:42Castledyne
19:43Ball through needs
19:45It's Jovis!
19:54Sensi
20:03Castledyne
20:08the land really are enduring a frustrating spell when it comes to
20:12trying to move the ball around the midfield that they lack the sharpness and urgency
20:29rice battles to win it back
20:34charvis
20:37nicely measured pass this is promising and he's on his way he's gone for it
20:48can't get the better of his opposite number castledine
20:53driving on now it's one
20:56oh he really got hold of that i think he still deserves full marks for
21:02making his way through it was uh it was a cracking run
21:16sassuolo going about it patiently perhaps too patiently
21:21gets the better of his man
21:26great run on the overlap here
21:31cuts it out
21:34and out to safety
21:38tries to get it forward quickly
21:41and the whistle's gone presumably for offside
21:51so now we're going to get those changes we have been expecting
21:54i just think that's really good management introducing one of his younger players when the pressure's totally off
21:59just allowing him some valuable easy on-field experience time
22:03keepers got good distance on that
22:08javis was steaming forward
22:10castle dine
22:11it could be in here
22:13has a goal
22:15really well taken goal
22:20and still they continue with the onslaught
22:27it's part of the game peter it has to get ruthless
22:30sympathy just doesn't play a part
22:34he snapples his turn
22:36and that earns him the match ball
22:38this is one of the best performances i've seen in a while
22:40he's practically taken on this team single-handedly
22:43and they don't know how to stop him
23:16rapidly approaching the end
23:18sassuolo are facing now the prospect of failing to make it into the european elite
23:29great strength too strong for his opponent
23:35variety is the spice of football in life too
23:38they need to alter their approach and start shift
23:40javis
23:43and it's hoisted clear
23:48sensi
23:50lamella
23:55castle dine
23:58castle dine
24:00no mistake
24:04this is as ruthless as it gets
24:11well i think we've gone past humiliation now
24:14this could be doing some real psychological damage
24:19four in the game
24:21he is the man
24:22it's very interesting
24:23good
24:24do in the game
24:26hell
24:45all you
24:51outside then taking this chance to turn to their benches yeah he's run himself into the ground
24:57hasn't he and it's it's good to see that the crowd appreciate his efforts because he has put in a
25:02real honest shift well it's been a an absolutely fabulous spell for them and they're starting to
25:08look unstoppable there could be more on the way good run ultimately thwarted by an astute
25:16piece of defending crowd appreciates good football all around there
25:25lamella is onto it and can take it up
25:29time is desperately short now but it is a corner
25:40they've played it short it's a good run down the right where could this lead
25:54let's wrestle off the ball
25:58Jarvis well intercepted really alert to the danger
26:05he's got through chance to break castle dive
26:10war tonight at the last
26:33so that's it it is all over
26:36so
26:36so
26:36so
26:36so
26:36so
26:36so
