Watch this clip where a routine gardening job turns into a painful dash for safety after a man unknowingly disturbs a hidden wasp nest while removing a bush from his yard.

Mitchell Price, from Vandalia, Ohio, USA, was carrying out some yard work when he suddenly felt three sharp stings from wasps. At first, he didn't realise what had happened, but moments later he spotted the swarm and sprinted towards his truck to escape the insects.

The footage captures Mitchell running for cover while frantically reacting to the attack.

Once the wasps had settled, Mitchell cautiously returned to inspect the area and discovered a large wasp nest hidden beneath the bush he had been removing.
