00:27and announced that full restoration will be completed in the coming weeks.
00:31Also, she ordered a series of preventive plans in anticipation of the arrival of the El Niño climatic phenomenon,
00:38emphasizing that measures such as fire prevention, monitoring of reservoirs, and preservation of watersheds will be implemented.
00:45Finally, she called for national unity urging people to protect nature and use resources wisely.
00:57We have recovered 300 megawatts of the 600 megawatts that the Carabobo thermal power plant was generating,
