01:15It is crucial that we are being as delicate as possible when trying to remove this skunk from the drain
01:20and not tugging and pulling too hard, leading to further injuries.

01:40Okay, so we have the skunk all set up in his own little separate carrier right now.

01:47We're going to be bringing some food and water in here for him so that he can kind of relax
01:51for a little bit.
01:52He just went through a very traumatic experience and so far it seems like the injuries or stress is only
01:58related to that and there's not like secondary issues going on.
02:02After a couple short days here at the clinic, the skunk was deemed healthy and able to be released back
02:07out into the wild shortly after arriving here at Southwest Wildlife.
02:11Thankfully, its injuries were relatively mild and we didn't have to do too much other than kind of getting the
02:17skunk back on his feet and comfortable so that when he was set back out into the wild, he would
