Just when fans thought it was over, the beloved multiplayer game Deceive Inc. gets a new lease on life. Despite its studio shutting down, the team is back to rebuild the game's backend, putting its future directly into the hands of the community that loves it.

00:03A beloved multiplayer shooter is coming back from the dead, free of its live service trappings.
00:08The game is Deceive Inc, a PvP, Hitman-like shooter that got good reviews, had a loyal fanbase,
00:14but didn't generate $11 trillion, so it died with the studio in 2024.
00:20Fast forward to today, and the fans turned on their PCs to find an update waiting for the game.
00:25We don't believe Deceive Inc should quietly disappear, said the accompanying news post.
