00:16It was already catastrophic when it comes to food insecurity.
00:21Some five million people are in emergency levels of food insecurity,
00:25and there are also pockets of disaster-level food insecurity.
00:30Now, with the Ebola crisis, this is getting worse.
00:34This is a crisis on top of a crisis.
00:36Markets are impacted, supply routes are impacted,
00:40and so people are struggling even more to have enough to eat.
00:55But it's also important that we do more, that we help the communities.
00:59This needs to be part of the overall response,
01:02because if not, they will continue to be more concerned about what to eat tomorrow
01:06than to follow the guidance that they are provided in terms of the Ebola crisis.
01:13It's the fastest-moving, fastest-spreading Ebola outbreak that we have ever seen,
01:19and we have so far not been able to contain it.
01:22So I think all the elements are here, the strategy is here,
01:26but we need to now step up three, four, five times.
