00:06Three men have been charged and more than three million dollars worth of drugs seized
00:11following an investigation into the alleged kidnapping of two men during a
00:15planned cocaine deal in Sydney. Police allege the victims arranged to meet a
00:20group in St John's Park in April to supply six kilograms of cocaine before
00:25they were assaulted and kidnapped by five men who were allegedly attempting
00:30to steal the drugs. The investigation culminated in a series of raids across
00:35Parramatta, Cassula and Arncliffe. During the searches detectives allegedly seized
00:417.5 kilograms of meth, 3.5 kilograms of cocaine and ammunition. Three men aged 23,
00:5023 and 33 have been charged with multiple offences including large
00:55commercial drug supply, robbery, kidnapping and participating in criminal group
01:01activity. All three were refused bail and have appeared before court.
