00:06school. I did a year on the scholarship and I was off to MIT to start my PhD program. That's
00:12where I got sidetracked because on a much deeper level I knew that there was something else out
00:17there for me. It wasn't engineering. I think I wanted to be successful as an engineer businessman
00:23but I knew that it wouldn't really make me happy. I started drumming when I was about nine or ten.
00:29I had all this excess energy as a kid. My grandma got me a drum kit which drove my dad
00:34nuts.
00:34I bet. He'd come home from work and I'd be in there hammering away so he kind of stopped me
00:39but he sent me to the drumming list so I did that and then I started playing in a band
00:44in high school
00:45but then when I got seriously more into academics and I got to Australia and then to America I gave
