00:25with Yolanda let's go yeah the nature here is kind of unexpected I want to say
00:33that Sedona is this sort of healing machine that gives you what you need it's
00:40like kind of unique to everybody and let's tune in with the sound ohm deep
00:46breath in being up here early in the morning really allows for a lot of
00:51clarity whether working out or traveling I love to stay hydrated I

01:01feel replenished and refreshed if you want to go hiking in Sedona get a guide
01:07there's hundreds of trails here and you don't want to get lost in nature so I
01:11have hired a guide hey Jessica how are you to meet you so excited today I'm great
01:17essentially what we're gonna do is a nature hike along these two different
01:21giant rock formations here and we're gonna walk our way in between on the way
01:25to the top of Chimney Rock we'll talk about some of the plants some of the
01:28animals and as well as just some of the general geology so if you're ready here
01:33we'll go ahead and get started
01:39so in Sedona here we have a variety of names for our silly and unique rock
01:44formations everyone sees a little bit of a different face every other time every
01:47day just because of the lighting all throughout the year in time of day so
01:51looking right out in front of us here just because of that perfect alignment of
01:54everything we're seeing t-rex rock right next to that red oven mitt so you know I
01:58kind of imagine the arms perked up you got the elbow he's got his little hand
02:02in there it's almost kind of like the diva hand okay I am so excited we are going on a
02:08tour through
02:09Sedona I'm very into the mountains so I can't wait to see all the off-roading views on the adventure
02:18anybody get motion sickness
02:22stunning we're gonna be on top of that rock so I have to admit I was a little bit nervous
02:27when I saw the
02:28terrain as we started driving in here but honestly we wouldn't have been able to get these amazing
02:33views if it wasn't for this adventure it's moments like this where you realize how insignificant you
02:40are like as a human being on this planet we are so insignificant this will be here long after we
02:48are
02:48gone it's been here long before we got here and this is what matters hey so I've just arrived at
02:57the
02:57train depot for the Verde Canyon railroad adventure it's an effortless way to spend the afternoon and
03:02join the beautiful landscapes of Arizona let's go the afternoon on the train was such a charming and
03:10elevated experience I got to get dressed up I got to meet so many of the other passengers and it
03:15was
03:15really the perfect way to spend an afternoon and of course when it comes to the pictures they have an
03:20open-air cart which is perfect to capture you and all the beautiful landscapes in the canyon just get
03:26into these views it's absolutely breathtaking hi Jessica and Valerie nice to meet you oh I'm so glad I'm so
03:39glad so this sound bath is going to help you restore balance to your system to your energetic body and
03:49it's
03:50going to put you into a deep deep state of relaxation so your whole body is going to release all
03:55sorts of
03:55emotions that have been stuck okay are you ready I'm so ready okay let's go after the sound bath experience

04:41absolutely amazing adventure in Sedona from the morning sunrise to the sound bath the beautiful train ride to
04:49ending this trip right here at sunset Sedona is the perfect place to find calm and relaxation
